2 The Bucket List

An alarm clock ringing beside her suddenly woke her up. Sunrise outside the window welcomed her as it shines brightly into her face.

It was exactly 8 am and her first subject will begin at exactly 9:30 am yet she wasn't fully woke up yet.

She held her forehead while slowly standing up. She felt a little bit dizzy at the same time she felt a severe headache.

"Goodmorning." a cold voice and a shadow of a man made her look up.

The man folded his arms with a furrowed forehead and a cold eyes looking at her. At first, it was a little blurry but when it finally became clear, her eyes widened and no words came from her mouth.

She shook her head and convinced herself that maybe it was just a dream or she was just hallucinating.

"It can't be. It can't be." she whispered while gently slapping her face.

The man took a deep sigh. Suddenly, he raised Zea's chin that made their eyes met straightly.

Out of curiousity, Zea tried pinching the man's cheek that made him irritated.

"Disgusting" he said then let her go.

"You're not a dream. You're real. But why are you here in my room? " she asked without knowing that it was her in his condominium.

After realizing another shameless act, she bowed her head and begun apologizing.

"I don't know what happend. I was drunk! Sorry to cause you so much trouble. "

"Indeed. You caused me so much trouble." Zelan said and sat on the couch near his bed. "Last night, you kicked me out of my own room"

No words came out from Zea's mouth. She don't know what happend after she drank a case of soju in a resto nearby their school.

"Forget about it. Just get lost and don't drink too much if you can't handle yourself woman."

She stood up hurriedly and walk out the door but Zelan stopped her by a fake cough.

"One last thing, do not let anyone know about what happend. Just pretend we didn't met last night."

"Ok--"

"And incase you'll remember something...nevermind, get lost"

Then he slammed the door.

After a few minutes, Zea jumped and begun shouting within her mind. For the first time, she had a conversation with Zelan, her secret crush in their university and even slept on his condo.

Zelan was the top student in Combrithe University. He was famous not only because of his intelligence, talents, charms but also because of his position as the supreme student government president. Some will refer him as the school terror because of his strictness, cold looks, arrogant and snobbish attitude. Some will refer him as a cool person. And gaining this kind of popularity not only in their university but also in other universities, is not a big joke for a normal citizen like him. He came from a not so very rich family, no friends, and living alone.

Everyday, countless of confessions were rejected by him. This is one of the reason why Zea was so afraid of confessing un him even though she liked him so much for almost 5 years.

"Ah! I'll add that one!" Zea said to her self and opened her diary.

Bucket List no. 3: Confess to your crush and be his girlfriend.

She chuckled after writing something impossible.

"Rather than taking a costly unsure transplant, I would rather spend my life happily. I will eat my favorite foods as well as my most hated foods. I will ride zipline, ferriswheel and roller coaster even if my knees were trembling. I will watch a concert of my favorite band and lastly, I will love and let my heart break for one last time. "

And a game of life begins after she closes her diary.
