"Deflowering many beauties in the 33 heavens? I never asked for this!"

Ji Chen shouted out loud. There was no response back.

-Right, The System sleeps after a while. I can at least have a bit of peace.

Ji Chen breathed a sigh of relief. He didn't know what would happen if that voice was tormenting him 24/7. He might actually go insane if he heard the MLG voice again.

Ji Chen then turned to Mu Lu.

Mu Lu was kneeling down and had tears streaming down. His robe was in a mess, it seemed dirty and wrinkled. Tears didn't fit a tall and mighty person like Mu Lu.

Ji Chen felt pity for Mu Lu.

He extended his hand to Mu Lu.

"Get up. You don't look good on the ground."

Mu Lu slapped away Ji Chen's hand and started getting up.

"I don't need your help. I am thousands of times older than you are, I am your elder."

Mu Lu tried to put up a smile, trying to hide his teary face. This only made him look even uglier.

Ji Chen smiled and nodded:

"Fine, GRANDPA."

Ji Chen made 'GRANDPA' accented which caught Mu Lu's attention.

"I'm only old enough to be your Elder Brother. Don't call me Grandpa ever again."

It seems that Ji Chen had hit Mu Lu's weak point, his age.

"It's fine! I can tell that you are quite young, around the age of 10000. That is quite amazing that you got to Sky God at such an age! You may have dropped, but you still have the lifespan of Sky God. Interesting!"

Ji Chen complimented.

"Speaking of cultivation, look at you! You're a Divine at such a young age! What's your secret? I can't compare to you even if I tried."

Mu Lu shook his head and asked.

"I'm of course a genius! That is just who I am! I am the strongest! On top of that, I am quite humble. The perfect man!"

Ji Chen bragged. He wasn't used to being complimented. Rose and Lavender ordered him to do their bidding too many times, only Lily was the one who doted on him.

Lily was the only one of the three who doted on Ji Chen. She would often compliment and pat his head at times. This was surprising because she was the coldest of the bunch. She nearly never talked and she was always bitter to those who were too self-confident.

Ji Chen was told not to become like those selfish and greedy young masters from Lily.

Ji Chen didn't want to be like them, but bragging sometimes was ok.

Mu Lu laughed as he heard Ji Chen brag openly.

Ji Chen wasn't a hypocrite who showed off indirectly. He did it straight up. It made him different from others that Mu Lu had met.

"You mentioned that we were going to the Thirty-Third Heaven, should we begin our journey?"

Mu Lu asked.

Ji Chen showed a confused face when he heard Mu Lu.

"What?"

Mu Lu asked. He wasn't expecting Ji Chen to show a confused face.

"Why call it a journey? Isn't it only going to be a few minutes?"

Ji Chen tilted his head and asked.

"A few minutes?

Mu Lu was shocked. He didn't believe that going from the Eighth Heaven to Thirty-Third Heaven was possible. Previously, when he was transported from The First Heaven to The Eighth, Mu Lu knew that it was an ability that only Divines could use, but never could they use it constantly.

"I'm a Peak Divine! If I couldn't do this much, then what would I be?"

Ji Chen boasted.

"A... Peak Divine! HAHAHHA! You truly are a little monster!"

At first, Mu Lu was respectful to Ji Chen because he was his saviour, but he had started to doubt if that was the right thing to do when he heard that he was the slave. If he wasn't a slave, Mu Lu wouldn't talk even if he was beaten.

Mu Lu had started to take a liking to Ji Chen's personality. It made him feel a bond. Brotherhood was indeed quite strong.

"I'm not a monster, I'm a genius among genius'!"

Ji Chen emphasised 'genius'.

"Yes, you are a genius!"

Mu Lu nodded.

Ji Chen looked at Mu Lu and questioned:

"Is this thing really the Evil God's inheritance?"

Mu Lu nodded and spoke with a twisted smile:

"It is. When I first ascended to the Fourth Heaven, I went out to hunt for Treasure. Treasure was a necessity to overpower the Mu Family."

Ji Chen could feel the hate in Mu Lu's voice when he talked about the Mu Family. Ji Chen swore that he wouldn't talk about the Mu Family in front of Mu Lu. Mu Lu was his first friend in years. He could feel something common between them.

"While I was hunting for treasure, I got caught in the Marshall Death Cave."

Mu Lu spoke slowly as if recalling memories.

"The Marshall Death Cave. Wasn't that one of the mysterious spots in the Fourth Heaven? And don't speak like that, you sound like an old man!"

Ji Chen nudged Mu Lu's shoulders, unfortunately, Mu Lu didn't respond.

"When I went in, I saw many strange illusions and got memories that I shouldn't have."

Cliff hangers are such grapes! Next chap will be the story. This is starting out quite slow, but I promise, the face slapping will be good.
