1 The Beginning..

In any world, there are rules. In every world, there are rule breakers. the people who don't follow those rules face the consequences.

The bells rang out, calling the people of the heavens. The grand council stood in front of giant podiums as the angels filled the large church. One boy stood out from the loud crowd, dressed in black casual clothing, unbrushed medium length hair. He had his head down, shuffling his feet along the old, wood floors. The grand council looked bothered, more angry than they usually did.

"Hello citizens. today we have called you all here to witness what happens to those who don't follow rules" Announced the old woman on the right. The crowd quieted down, staring up at the elders. The strange boy was not listening, just sitting on the ground, fidgeting with his fingers.

The woman scowled at the boy, and whispered to the elder next to him, and then on to the elder in the middle.

"One of the rules state, 'NO VANDALISM' yet, here we are. Multiple accounts of vandalism, and signed."

The crowd starts whispering to each other. They turn their sights to the strange boy, seated on the floor.

"Another rule, "No disrespect towards the elders.' A rule that has been broken countless times by a single person. Then 'No violence'." The male elder sighed.

"Anwir, please step up to the front for judgement."

Anwir stared up at the man, not really sure what he said. "Pardon?"

"Step up to the front for judgement" The male elder said in a stern voice.

Anwir stood up nervously and made his way to the front. The other angels stared at him with a hatred he'd seen before, though this time it was scarier.

Some of the angels even tried tripping him. He could almost hear their hateful thoughts.

The elders spoke about the punishment for his many crimes. After coming to a decision, the female elder spoke. "hold him down." Anwir's eyes widened as those frightful words were spoken. The knights were over in a heartbeat, pinning anwir to the ground. "wait- wait no! I'm sorry! I won't do it again! I'm sorry!" Anwir yelled, tears starting to form in his eyes. The elders showed no sympathy. Another knight appeared from behind."You deserve this." The knight whispered into Anwir's ear, then forcefully ripped off his beautiful, now blood stained wings. Anwir let out a bloodcurdling scream, even some in the crowd looked away and shuddered.

A large portal opened up in front of Anwir. He stared up at the elders with fear in his eyes. They showed no mercy to the young boy. The knights pushed Anwir into the dark hole.

Anwir woke up hours later after being plunged into darkness. In a seemingly endless snow plain. He winced as he stood up, reaching for his back. "My- my wings.." he came to a realization that there was no going back. He was done for, there was no place for him to go. He's been exiled from his home. Anwir freaked out a little, trying to think about what he should do.
