'Hey, Wake up~.'

I heard a childish voice in my head, and something wet and rough touched my hand. I slowly opened my eyes.

It was dawn already and lying next to me on the grass was Hope, she was sleeping peacefully, one of my arms was around Rose, and she was cuddled with me sleeping peacefully too. Gerhard was a little farther away on the floor.

Since we all were in the garden, I remembered what happened. Dante was at my side trying to get my attention

Carefully I took my arm back from Rose and checked on both girls, they seemed to be ok.

The same voice sounded again in my head.

'Feed me~.'

I was frozen in my place for a few seconds trying to understand what was happening. First I heard a voice in my head, and then a second voice told to not worry that I'm not crazy.

Maybe a hit my head when I fell, or it could be a dream. Despite all this, I tried to think clearly about what was happening.

'Hey, are you ok? ~' Dante was looking at me with concern in his eyes, I took a chance and talked to him in my mind.

'How are you talking?'.

Dante froze too like he just noticed that he was talking. I was pretty calm for some reason, but I couldn't figure out why.

"I don't knyow~."

"What do you mean you don't know, how are you doing it then?"

"I don't knyow~, when I woke up I saw everyone in the grass sleeping~ I was hungry and came to you for food~, by the way, can you change the flavor to fish again? ~ I hate chicken~.."

"Help me wake up the others first." Following my instructions, he went to G and started licking his face.

"Hope, Wake up." I gave my sister a soft shake to wake her up.

"5 more minutes". Classic Hope, at least she is all right.

"Sorry, but no 5 more minutes, at least not in the middle of the backyard."

"What do you mean?" She opened her eyes and looked around, after a few seconds, she seemed to remember what happened and look at me and opened her eyes in confusion.

At that moment a little rustle could be heard while Gerhard and Rose were waking up. Rose slowly opened her eyes at my side, and Gerhard arrived soon after to check on her.

"I think I'm ok." Gerhard was the first to respond, then he looked at his sister who seemed a little more tired.

"I'm a little dizzy. Did you hear a voice?"

"I told you, let's get in to talk about what happened, I need to feed the cat too.."

Everyone was about to freak out, but my calm attitude seemed to have some effect on them and followed me.

I got into the house, Dante was me right behind and happily snuggling into me as I fed him fish flavored food. I looked around tried to check the things in the house, a minute later everyone came to the living-room, with worried faces.

"What the hell Spence? What is happening? What was that last night? And why is the cat talking?!?!". Hope was about to lose her mind.

"First, we should calm down, I have no idea what is happening, all I know is that the comet was weird."

I noticed that besides me, all of them were quite nervous and worried, I'm pretty sure that Hope was about to have a mental breakdown, but something seemed to be stopping them from having it.

"For now, we should try to figure out our situation, I was looking around the house, and most of the electronic devices do not work, so let's check if anything is working. Since we don't have a way to communicate with each other, Gerhard and Rose should stay here, we will check up on your house later."

Both agreed to stay with us, another common thing between us is that just like our father, theirs also worked in the same company and oversaw the business trip.

"Rose if you still feel dizzy, you can lay down a little in my parent's room."

Rose nodded her head and went to my parent's bedroom, and the rest spread around the house, to check everything or to rest. I called Dante to come with me. I wanted to talk a little with him.

Dante left the house through my bedroom window, as I already knew that every electronic device was unusable, I took the chance to check this system thing.

"System open…". Nothing happened…

"Help."

"Tutorial."

Great I have no idea how to use it… or maybe I really became crazy, I tried to recall what happened earlier, and remember the question the system asked.

"Yes, Activate ESPER System"

My head started to hurt a little, so I took a couple of pills that were totally useless.

I went to the kitchen to cook something for breakfast… and I couldn't turn it on.

An hour later all of them came back, and we ate together stuff we didn't need to cook.

"Rose how are you feeling?" I asked.

"I'm better, still a little dizzy, but I think if I rest a little I'm going to be ok."

"I think we should all rest a little more, this was a lot to take, and the grass after passing out was not a good bed."

"You are right, even if a feel ok, I'm a little sleepy right now."

"G take my room, I'm going to be on the couch."

"Spence, you are not going to rest on the couch you can come to my bed, it's big enough for both of us." I was surprised by Hope proposal, we always have been close, but not that close.

"That's not right, brothers shouldn't sleep together in a small bed!!!, In that case even sleeping with me should be better". We all looked at Rose when she thought about what she said she became red and looked into my eyes.

"Both of you stop, I'll be alright on the couch. I don't plan to sleep either way." Gerhard chose that moment to joke around.

"If you finish that phrase you're going to sleep in the backyard again."

Hope and Gerhard laugh, and Rose seemed to be thinking about something.

I sighed and went to my room to change. Afterward, I lay down on the couch and closed my eyes.

My head hurts like hell in the last 5 mins, probably because the loading of the system was almost complete.
