5 Getting Supplies

I was walking with Rose towards the market, I decided it was a right moment to try to figure out if the comet did something to her.

"How are you feeling."

"I'm pretty good, after resting for a while my headache stopped, also even in this situation, when I see you so calm and cool it helps me calm down too."

I was a little surprised by her answer, she was always shy, to be saying something like that, there was indeed something that changed in her. I looked at her and noticed her flushed face. I tried to ignore it and not push her.

I decided to not push her too much, also I was looking at the mission, and it didn't change so there was something more.

"They probably left already" Rose said, while going near a shelf with just one battered can leave.

"Yes, they didn't leave much for us, we need to be careful, maybe we can take a couple of boxes from the warehouse and leave fast. Someone can come back at any moment".

"But those boxes are too heavy for us."

"Not if we use a shopping cart."

"But the carts are too noisy, what happens if someone hears us."

"Let's do this fast then… we need supplies, in a couple of days there is not going to be anything left."

We went back to the warehouse with a shopping cart each and looked for food boxes.

We filled 2 shopping carts with canned food and a lot of durable food, we also put water bottles, since the electronic devices aren't working the water supply probably will stop too. I didn't forget to get a couple of large bags of cat's food (Fish flavored) and tuna cans for Dante.

'Someone is here~' a voice in my head warned me.

A footstep resounded across the warehouse.

"That son of a b***h "you can move faster go get some alcohol" if it weren't because he got that absurd ability a would have already killed him."

I put my index finger on my lips to be sure that Rose didn't make any sound.

"Wow, someone is getting a lot of supplies, too bad the order was to just get alcohol." I felt something wasn't right with him, and it became obvious when I heard him throwing out stuff from one of the shopping carts to fill it with alcohol.

Afterward, he left without even looking for us.

I helped her sit on the floor and look at her until she was recovered.

"The guy that just came in, he was running with the shopping cart really fast 2 blocks away."

"In that case, we need to move, maybe he will come back to get the supplies." I found another cart and filled it with the stuff that was on the floor, I put most of them in my cart, so Rose's cart wasn't too heavy.

We left the market and moved with the carts to her house, where G and Hope were already waiting for us. G took Rose's cart and put some things that he found in the house.

With Dante's help, we were sure that no one was following us or watching our movements.

When we arrive with the carts to the house, a heard I notification.
