2 Black...

So are we caught up?...

Good

We now return to our present day dilemma. Darkness…

That's all I see. I don't know how or why but God must be punishing me through hitting me where it hurts most. What's that? you may ask. Crippling loneliness and seclusion. Like any other human being staying here is making me slowly lose my grip on sanity, Like I didn't have it bad enough already.

Finding a way out should be my top priority unless I want to go crazy. Slowly walking through the darkness quickly turns to a sprint once I discovered a spec of light which seems to almost flicker. Running that's all I could do.

What appears to be a life time finally my arrival is soon to come and what was before a spec of light turned into a large neon sign saying 'read letter below' and in front of it is a Crystal pedestal with a single letter. Almost comical if it wasn't so cynical.

I approached carefully clearly seeing as someone here has a sick sense of humour toying with the souls of dead people. Slowly peeling open the letter, I then follow to slide out its contents showing a note that states ' tear for reincarnation'. Wait what it can't be serious right. The line has been crossed, you can't be serious a reincarnation, I'm a mostly a gamer otaku not a light novel isekai/Tensei otaku you got the wrong guy, a clear misunderstanding.

*poof *

Like magic, another note appears which follows to say 'turn over'. So I did like any other and turned it over. But beyond my expectations, the note exploded showering me in what can only be described as some sort of pixie dust and appearing before I is a gaming status screen reading:

Name: Oliver

Level: 0

Skills: N/A

Hidden skills: N/A

Well, not much to show there.

[Would you like to accept additional power for a price]

[Y/N]

Well here comes the big issue I like any other normal human would like to have my isekai power fantasy but the part where it says 'for a price' is the problem. I wish it could be less vague in these matters but what the hell it doesn't concern me because power is power no matter how much I pay it would probably worth not dying a horrible death in the unknown world I'm being sent to. Click yes it then closes the screen presenting another stating:

[It's time to tear the first note you're not getting any more handicaps]

Ok woah where's the professionalism here but I probably shouldn't dwell on it, moving towards the note I tear it.

And what do we get drum roll please
