3 The Hunt
With new found determination Ragnar wanders the forest for new prey. Using his keen nose he picks up a scent of a creature Ragnar is too familiar with, Humans. Following the scent while lying as low to the ground possible for him, sets out on his hunt.

"So you two are the adventures coming with me for the quest? I'm James. The hunter and only adventurer of the village, an you?"
"I'm Ashley Lin and this is my cousin Arthur. We are still F ranked adventurers but Arthur is blessed by the demi-god of light." I say as Arthur lifts his chin arrogantly. "but after this mission we should be able to rank up."
"I'm very thankful of your help, these damn Jungle Panthers have been causing trouble and killing our villagers. Praise the gods for helping our poor village and sending a gods blessed here! " Says James while kneeling and crying
As James, Arthur and I begin to walk through the forest with James in front slicing through the thick branches and bushes ahead. A snake 3 feet long with green scales lunges itself at Arthur, Arthur then reaches out gripping the snake by its neck "How dare this thing try to touch me" says Arthur as he uses [Holy Light] turning the snaking into ash.
As they continue to keep wondering the forest they spot a corpse with only bone left with giant claw prints next to eat leading elsewhere. "This carcass isn't that old and is a jungle panther so there is definitely a more dangerous creature roaming around in this Jungle." I say to James and Arthur.
While I try to figure out what could have done this, James speaks up.
"What could be more dangerous than a Jungle panther? I thought this region only has 1 star creatures."
'Who cares?" Arthur buts in " We can just kill it, Its not like the monsters around here are particularly dangerous also to be able to rank up to D rank we have to experience fighting a 2 Star Creature." Arthur beings to grin basically saying "with me here what's there to worry about." While folding his arms arrogantly.
At that moment James instantly agrees, due to him seeing Arthurs [Holy Light] and remembering Arthur is a gods chosen. James confidences hits a all time high, I agree also due to feeling that the creature in here couldn't be to strong, Soon Ashley will realize she was wrong.
As the group begins to hunt the unknown creature, The creature they begin hunting has been stalking them waiting for the perfect moment to strike, Ragnar then grins devilishly saying "Whose the hunter and the hunted now?"
While stalking his prey Ragnar uses [Inspect] to get a glimpse of his preys statuses.

As Ragnar was review their statuses, he beings thinking about the gods. He thinks its so interesting, how there is always stronger beings. "Well lets take things slow and take things one at a time, first lets kill these people and then farm to evolve."
