The next day Zhen Xiu accompanied Shen Ya for their shopping spree. On their way, she was happy to spend her time with Shen Ya and excited to see this new world.

Shen Ya was also energetic to see her like this; it was like they were back in their childhood days in R country.

They both were the outcasts of their rich families and were thrown outside. Those were the best days of her life. Shen Ya met Zhen Xiu, her soul mate, her best friend for life.

Shen Ya was an intelligent and sensible while Zhen Xiu was a careless innocent girl. She was content spending her life in R country.

But two years ago Zhen Xiu left her alone in the school and returned to C country without even informing her.

They were separated for two months and when Shen Ya saw Zhen Xiu again; she was already on the path of her self-destruction.

She was married to Lu Jian, the youngest and leading business entrepreneur in the C country.

Shen Ya tried separating them but her friend was busy living in her fantasy world and would not listen to her advice.

Zhen Xiu was madly in love with Lu Jian, the indifferent cold man by the time they met again. He was a self-made man despite having a wealthy family of his own. The number one man and the dream guy of every woman in the C country.

Zhen Xiu's biggest mistake in life was chasing Lu Jian madly and forcing him in their marriage. Shen Ya knew that this was a wrong choice but she still could not persuade Zhen Xiu to stop this craziness. This decision brought Zhen Xiu on the verge of her death.

After the accident, Shen Ya hated Lu Jian. Before she tolerated him because her friend was in love with him.

But after she saw his inhuman side and uncaring nature towards her friend she despised him. She didn't want somebody like him near her friend.

No one knows clearly what happened that day but she knew exactly why Zhen Xiu was in that accident and was nearly dead?

It was all because of her sister Shen Rui. Shen Ya even blames Lu Jian for this if he was clear about his feelings then all of this could have been avoided.

Shen Rui was madly in love with Lu Jian since her childhood. Shen and Lu's are family friends so they know each other very well. This was a known fact in their families that they were going to be married so Shen Rui opposed Lu Jian's marriage. She couldn't accept this fact.

Shen Ya was aware that Mother Lu would never accept Zhen Xiu if she keeps on pretending like a village girl that knows nothing about the city.

"Shen Ya, how is this?" asked Zhen Xiu showing her a white dress. It was elegant.

Shen Ya was again back to present after Zhen Xiu called her.

"It is beautiful" Shen Ya complimented.

Zhen Xiu was happy that Shen Ya liked her choice as she excitedly told her about her purchase.

"You should take it. It is a present for you," Zhen Xiu passed the dress to her

Shen Ya was surprised at the sudden gift. "Why?"

Zhen Xiu smiled. "For taking care of me and being good to me. Take it. A small gift from me."

Zhen Xiu wanted to make her relationship stronger and hence she was giving her these few things to soften Shen Ya's heart.

After purchasing clothes, shoes, and accessories for her daily necessities which were according to her taste they were just chilling around the mall.

"Can you help me find a job? I really want to do something." Suddenly Zhen Xiu asked Shen Ya, her voice small. She wanted to do something to adapt to this new world.

Besides, she was low on cash after recovering from her accident. It is always good to do some work and earn money for your living.

She didn't want to be a leecher and take Lu Jian's money. If he didn't like his wife then why give her money?

It was just charity for him and the current Zhen Xiu could not live on charities. She would work hard and earn her own living.

Shen Ya was surprised because as far as she knows Xiu; she was always too lazy to work.

She would rather die than move her ass. After she recovered from the coma she was behaving like a proper girl. They were both twenty- three this year but Zhen Xiu never wanted to work. Often their thoughts contradicted with each other whenever Shen Ya tried to make her work.

Since her friend was willingly asking for her help in search of a job she would definitely help her. Shen Ya was loving this new side of Zhen Xiu. "Sure!"

Shen Ya continued, "But first you need to recuperate. Your body is weak."

in her excitement, she didn't forget that her friend was still weak from the last accident.

"No, I am perfect." Zhen Xiu responded truthfully. "I was sleeping for the past 7 months. I want to live again and start fresh," whispered Zhen Xiu.

Shen Ya didn't know the true meanings of her words but she was happy to see the new side of Xiu. For once her friend was being a darling and sensible girl.

While they were busy discussing their life and ideologies, two men were monitoring them from afar and informing their respective bosses about the new situation.
