Spending Time Together

"What kind of nonsense are you spouting?" he asked with a frown as he flickered her forehead.

"Ouch!" She rubs her forehead and then glares at her father who seems to be enjoying the reaction.

"You should be kinder to me." she said in a tone full of grievance when he let her go but made sure that she only sat on the sofa comfortably instead of going somewhere.

She looked like she was sulking after getting hit by him, but he knew that she was acting.

Yes! She was acting and his logic knew that well. But when he continued to stare at her for long, he could not help but feel worried.

He closed the file in his hands and walked to her.

"You should not sit for long!" he said in an authoritative tone, "come here and sleep on the bed until your nanny brings the food!" 

Juice was nice but it was not filling like food, so she was waiting for Penny. But she did not want to lay on the bed again.
