In her room, Titan gazed out of the window with her arms folded and her back leaning against the wall. She had no expression on her face as though she was deep in thoughts.

Flashback.

"If the clan every finds out that we lied to them all this time, it would be very hard to explain the motive for our actions and we might face state punishment..."

'Where are you?' she sighed inwardly and walked back to her bed. Soon after, a knock came from the door and the presence of the chief lady maid was announced.

Ever since she returned from school, she had not spoken properly to Maria but their bond did not subside either.

She walked up to the door and opened it and didn't wait a second before turning around showing only her back to Maria.

After the door was shut, she raised a brow and turned to Maria. She had an expression that stated, why are you here?
