193 A promise to the ones she remembered.

As the minister of war, minister Jung left the soldiers back to the capital, he stopped in the middle of nowhere.

"Captain Han, take it from here. I have to quickly attend to something the king asked me to look out for." he silently requested and the captain obeyed then led the soldiers ahead.

As they rode off, Jung also rode in a different direction. He rode as fast as possible as though what he wanted to go for was going to run away at any moment.

He stopped his horse at a riverside and tied it up. He felt relieved that the river was still flowing because he expected that it would be frozen by the harsh weather.

He searched the Riverside but didn't find what he was looking for. After checking over and over again, he gave up hope.

"He was supposed to land here or could it have been a lie? Did he not come here?..." he thought to himself in his frustration but in the next second, his eyes widened when he thought about something.
