32 Day 15 (Part 2)

"Are you ready Jin-Su?" The teacher asks me.

"Uh..." I look at at him nervously. When am I NOT not ready...if that makes any sense to you.

"Just keep your back straight, arms up and aim for the Bulls Eye."

I tremble as I try to keep my bow straight. Sports are definitely not my strong suit.

Sighing, anxiously, I aim my arrow forward and let go, watching it fly to its destination.

BAM!

The arrow hits just in the right place for the teacher to clap his hands together and say 'You're a natural!' as if I was an athlete since birth.

"You see? There's nothing to be afraid of. The bow and arrow are your friends, you treat them with care and they'llrepay you back."

"How?" I mumble a bit too loudly.

"That's simple, by giving you a Bulls Eye. Anyway, I hope you all see that even if you are a total beginner, like Jin-Su here, you'll be able to get the hang of it and shoot in the perfect place in no time." Mr. Fuyugawa tells the rest of the new Kyudo club members.

"Now, are you are free to practice as per your freewill. Jin-Su, you can either rest or go home, I only needed you to demonstrate for today." Mr. Fuyugawa says.

Thank god I don't need to do any more arrow shooting. My arms already ache from shooting one. I can't wait to get home and chow down on some ramen.

I quickly go change out of the club uniform, which Mr. Fuyugawa calls a Hakama, place the bow and arrow, carefully, in their place and return the archer's glove, a Yugake, back to Mr. Fuyugawa.

"Thank you for accepting to take the place of the absent club member, Min-Hyuk, I know that you'll do great things."

"No problem." I reply, even though I didn't actually agree to do this, I got dragged into it.

"Oh, also, there's someone waiting for you outside the Dojo." Mr Fuyugawa adds.

"Huh?" I walk over to where the open door of the Dojo is and look outside to the right.

"Hi Jin-Su." Ha-eun stands there with a kit on, smiling at me.

"HA-EUN?!"
