Extremers... They are one in a Billion as they Possess Every Power Possible. Any power you can imagine can be in there...But they don't Know it. They can Unlock it by Controlling inner self and find out the Possession of it. For that they Have to Learn that Specific power's Specially.*]

[As said 'Practice Makes the Men Perfect' Anyone Can Be Powerful from another if they Enhance there SuperPower to the Upper Most Limit, but Extremers are god gifted. They can Learn Quickly and develop it more faster then the Others Superpowers Peoples]
