1 A new beginning

It's been two weeks since the battle of hogwarts has ended. It's been quiet those weeks, Molly Weasley had never been so sad. Every time she saw George walk by, she would run up to him and give him a hug, but then she realizes that this is her other son. George would say it's okay mom, Freddie will stay with us. Every time she saw her dead son standing in front of her. The pain is far from over.

Arthur Weasly had been at work and hasn't spoken out much yet, but everyone knew he's broken over the death of his son. He tried to keep strong for his family, but he knew he wouldn't be able to keep this act up for much longer

Harry has been in the house of the weasleys since the battle. He has lost so many friends, and just because Voldemort wanted to kill him. If he had been a little stronger, Lupin and Tonks would still be alive, Teddy's life would not have started like his, Fred would still be alive. He would still be here, he thought furious. He's so mad at himself, all those people died because of him. Harry was crying in his room when Ginny walked in. Ginny tried to be there for her brothers, but with Harry she could no longer keep it in, she started to cry softly and fell on Harry's shoulder. Harry gave her a kiss on the forehead and said, I know, it's okay. The longer Ginny thought about it, the more sad she became, Fred will always live on in her heart.

Ron has been very quiet the last few weeks, he had always looked up to his big brothers, but now one of them is gone. It felt like someone put a knife in him when he saw Fred lying there on the ground. Lifeless, with his eyes half open. The look in his eyes still hurts Ron. He remembered he fell to his knees on the hard tiles, he felt his body stop, he felt his breath stop for a moment. and kept looking at Fred. George was shouting next to him: FRED! FRED! COME BACK! And then Ron realized it. his brother was dead.

Hermione had gone to her own home after the battle. She spent a week trying to recall her parents' memories, but she failed over and over. She realized it might not be possible anymore and fell to the ground crying. She removed herself from the life of her parents, they no longer knew who she was. But she wanted them back so badly. After a week she went back to the weasleys house and realized what had actually happened. Crying for her parents and all the other people she has lost, she ran to Ron. They tried to reassure each other, but they both remained broken.

Charlie, Bill and Fleur Weasley went back to the burrow after the battle. They were all heartbroken when they heard about Fred's news. Fortunately, Charlie and Bill were able to find support from each other, but still went back to their family as soon as possible.

Percy Weasley felt terrible, it had all turned out well between him and his family. The moment had been taken away from him so quickly. He felt guilty that he hadn't returned sooner. He could have had so much more time with his brothers, sister and parents. But now something is missing. Fred is missing, and everything is different.

George especially had a very hard time. He blames himself that his mother is so sad. Everyone was looking at him when he walked through the house. Like they had seen a ghost. He looks in the mirror and sees his brother standing. It hurts to look at himself and gets terrified of it. He tries every day to believe that Fred just wakes up in the room next to his. But he knew that will never happen, he has to face the fact that his brother is dead and that he could not save him, that the other half of him is gone and will never come back. That the empty space in his body remains empty and that the sorrow will not go away.
