Don't Leave Me Lonely

Unlike when Evan watched from a distance, he thought that Lucian and Lucia were still arguing. However, when Evan approached Lucia, she looked sleepy and did her best to keep herself from falling asleep.

"Lucia, you can sleep now." Feeling that the attack that Evan predicted didn't happen, so, there was no harm in letting Lucia rest for now.

"Is it true!?" Lucia's eyes lit up when she heard the happy news. In her mind, she thought about how long she had to sleep to make up for the lost time?

Thinking Lucia was too sleepy, Evan was sure that Lucia would forget the promise she made with Evan.

'Huff, luckily she didn't ask why I recruited Lucian.' Evan sighed because he didn't have to bother explaining to Lucia who Lucian really was.

"Heeh!? I can hear you, My King!" Lucia turned around with eyes shining red and extremely frightening.

"HIYA!!" Evan was frightened by Lucia's intimidating gaze.

After convincing Lucia that he would explain it in the Throne Room, Evan was hesitant to take Lucian to the Throne Room. He was worried that Lucian still had a grudge against Lucia.

"Lucian, I will take you with Lucia to the Throne Room. But will you promise not to act on your own?" Evan made a pact with Lucian first before bringing him.

"Yes, I promise not to go against your orders again, like before." Lucian bowed slightly to apologize to Evan.

Feeling that Lucian could be trusted, Evan put the black ribbon around his neck. Even without a rope, the ribbon can be attached to his furry chest.

"Lucia and Lucian hold on to me, I will transfer you to the Throne Room." Evan raised his hand for them to grasp.

However, Evan's initiative failed because both were compact to hold the horn on Evan's head, which was easier to reach.

"Aww, my horns are sensitive to be held tightly like that... I already offered my paws, but you guys prefer my horns. Okay, no problem." With a bad feeling, Evan touched the black band around his neck and imagined the Throne Room.

Evan moved into the still ravaged throne room. And he didn't expect that his first attempt at using Magic Tools would be successful without any problems. "I did it."

"Finally arrived!" Lucia shouted cheerfully upon arriving at the throne room and immediately ran up the stairs leading to the Throne Seat.

Evan and Lucia both had happy feelings, but not for Lucian. He didn't move from where he was. His eyes kept moving, paying close attention to every detail of the Throne Room. Too much had changed since he last saw the Throne Room.

"Are you feeling nostalgic here?" Evan felt that Lucian was recalling the room he had spent with the True Dragon King and Lucia.

"Not really. But I'm surprised how many changes have happened here." Lucian noticed that the wall was only patched using wooden boards nailed to the wall, and several nails had almost fallen off due to the strong wind from outside. Not only that, but Lucian also noticed a wall full of scratches.

"Ah! It's not decoration. It's a broken wall that hasn't been repaired due to a lack of Afgtinum Stone." Evan had heard that Piwood repaired the damage in the Castle, but he didn't expect it to be this kind of repair.

After his fight with the Lamia Lord, which destroyed the Throne Room enough, he had yet to see the damage he had done. But when he saw Piwood's work to repair the ruined wall, he had no idea how bad Piwood was in terms of construction.

"Lack of Afgtinum Stone? That's easy, I can get it later in the Cave near the Abyssal Rift." Lucian proposed a mining site in the Dark Forest.

"Lucian, do you want to make up with your sister?" Even though Evan wanted to make Lucia and Lucian reconcile, but if Lucian still had a grudge against Lucia, it would be a boomerang for Darkness Castle in the future.

"I don't think it's necessary because you and she don't remember me..." Lucian lowered his head and answered Evan's question in a low voice as if he was hesitant to make a decision.

"Just answer my question with yes or no!!" Evan still remembered Lucian's disappointed expression when Lucia didn't recognize him. Evan could feel that expression because he also had a sister. Evan had to be able to convey that feeling to Lucia.

When Evan yelled at him, Lucian's mind went blank. His thoughts were jumbled because of his hatred for Lucia. The animosity continued to grow as long as he was languishing in the Abyss alone.

However, when he found out that Lucia didn't remember him. The revenge became meaningless. Moreover, Lucian has been together again with Evan, considered the True Dragon King, a creature that him really wanted to meet after 1000 years.

"If making up with Lucia keeps you with us, then there's no reason for me to refuse." A new purpose had been found for him. Now Lucian would not let the True Dragon King leave him alone again.
