This distinguished role was fulfilled by none other than King Octavius himself. Standing tall in his black suit, a genuine smile adorned his face as he began to speak.
"Esteemed guests, kindred spirits, and witnesses of this extraordinary union," his gaze swept across the diverse array of attendees, encompassing different races who had chosen to partake in the ceremony.
