Ethan

I had not moved from my seat since I had last spoken to the nurse. I would constantly stop by the reception table to ask if Demyan was awake yet, but each time they told me he was still asleep. No matter what I asked they would deny me in excuse I was not immediate family.

Demyan also being seen as a foreigner in New Zealand due to not being a citizen made things a lot more difficult. They were being extra strict with him and his security would constantly update me of Uncle Ed's whereabouts.

I had not even noticed it had been nine hours and it was close to midnight until I took a small walk around the hospital and saw it was dark outside. The hospital had even become a little more quiet as family members left and some patients in the emergency ward and casualty got released.
