5 Chapter 5: The 4 Kingdoms

"How can you not know where we are right now?" her ice cold deamnor didn't chance however her tone sound like she was talking to a dumb kid.

"HEHE... I actually lived in a mountain my whole life, when my master passed away a few weeks ago I started to go on a journey to explore the world. However, I got lost when I was walking around, and that's when the bandits chased me," I told her an excuse.

"SIGH... we are currently in the northern outer edge of The Forbidden Forest, up North where we are going is the Azure Dragon Kingdom. To the south of the Forest is the Vermilion Kingdom, east is White Tiger Kingdom, and lastly to the west is the Black Tortoise Kingdom," Ming Yue said.

"Oh? Kingdom? Then how strong are their kings?" I asked, since I want to know where I stand in term of power in this realm.

"The Azure Dragon's King is Liu Feng,The Descendant, he is said to be at the middle stage of Origin. Qin Yuran the current Empress of the Vermilion Kingdom is also at the middle stage of Origin, however it is said that since she is cultivating the Nirvanic Phoenix Record, her endless stamina and strength can contend with a late stage Origin and even a Tribulation Stage master. Tian Yu, also known as the Tyrant, is ruling the White Tiger Kingdom. He is the strongest out of all 4 rulers, it is said that he is 1 step away from becoming the legendary tribulation stage and become an immortal. Lastly Chu Han, the Sage, is the ruler of the Black Tortoise Kingdom, he is the weakest out of the 4. His cultivation is at early Origin stage. However his knowledge is more than enough to keep the other 3 rulers from eyeing his kingdom." Ming Yue explain.

"WOW! They are so strong! Are there any one that is at the immortal stage?" I curiously ask her.

"In legend, it was said that 5000 years ago a man named Liu Ao was able to unified the whole Azure continent under his leadership. Then one day he suddenly disappeared, it is said that he has reach the immortal stage and ascended. The current ruler of the Azure Dragon Kingdom is his descendant. However, after Liu Ao no one has ever stepped into the tribulation stage," She told me.

If only she knew, I smirked to myself. "I see, what about sects? How are sects strength divided?"

"Sects are divided into star, 1 star being the weakest to 5 stars sect. 4 stars sects can contend with the kingdom themselves, as their patriarch are all at Origin stages and dozens of Elder at Nascent Soul stage. My sect The Sword Immortal Sect is a 3 stars sect, our patriarch Xi Chen is at early Origin Stage, and we have 8 Nascent Soul elders. And I'm a core disciple." She said with no change in her facial features however her tone was full of pride.

" Yu'er! Is there anyway you can lead me to your sect? I always want to see what a sect would look like! Please! I just want to see it!" I started to beg her.

"I can only lead you to the sect's village that is under the mountain, as you need to be a disciple to go up the mountain,"

"Thank you! Thank you! You is the greatest Yu'er!" I said with joy and jump toward her food a hug. As I get half way, her sword was pointed at my neck.

"Try to touch me again, and I'll make sure you never see the light of tomorrow," she said with an angry tone.

I raised my arm in surrender," Sorry, I was just too happy, it won't happen again."

"Hhhmm, let keep going we almost to the Xi Village." She said with an ice cold tone.
