17 Chapter 14 : Goodbye, Master.....

"Well, Feng'er, I have a question for you." asked Gu Di. "Sure. Ask away master." replied Zhang Feng. "What was the prerequisite to break through the 12th Stage of Qi Refining? I cannot remember what happened but only remember that I made a deal with Heaven." sighed Gu Di as he tried to recall the deal he had made with Heaven. " I only remember that I lost something extremely precious to me. " said Gu Di with a pause. Zhang Feng quietly looked at Gu Di.

Gu Di shook his head and said, " Feng'er, go to that altar and drip a drop of blood there." "Okay..... ", said Zhang Feng in a puzzled voice. Zhang Feng gave his finger a slight cut and few drops of blood dripped on the altar. After a few seconds the altar fiercely glowed as a miniature version of temple appeared. The size of the temple was as small as a child's palm. However, if one looked at it clearly, there were detailed engravings inscribed there. Zhang Feng felt a connection getting established between him and the temple. He could feel the temple becoming a part of his mind. "Sky Pagoda.... " muttered Zhang Feng as the name of the Temple appeared in his mind. " Now you are the owner of this Pagoda. Sky Pagoda is a mobile abode. I have sealed a huge piece of land mass in it. It will be unlocked only when you have sufficient level of cultivation to support it. The Pagoda is the center of the land mass. The stronger you get, the more abilities will you be able to enjoy of the Pagoda. It even has a camouflage cover so that others won't be able to identify it easily. You can continue to remain in Sky Pagoda as you did before! " cried Zhang Feng frantically.

"Silly boy, didn't I tell you that I have already turned to dust a long time ago." replied Gu Di as he tried to console Zhang Feng.

"But... " Zhang Feng couldn't reply to his answer. "I don't want to lose you too. I don't want to be alone again. " whispered Zhang Feng with his eyes moist. "I know and I want to watch you grow up too but fate's cruel thing. Sigh, be strong Feng'er."

Zhang Feng just lowered his head and didn't speak. Gu Di felt extremely sad after seeing Zhang Feng like that. However he steeled his heart and said, " Feng'er! Listen up! This is my last lesson to you! Always remember, No matter what happens, don't lose hope. Even the darkest cloud has a silver lining. If there is no lining, then just blast away that cloud! Always be true to your heart. Only then can you become a true powerhouse. "When you go to the Ten Thousand Immortal Realms, can you check what happened to Gu Family? If they are still there, please help them. After my death, Gu Family must have declined a lot."

"Rest assured Master. I will try my best help them if they are alive." assured Zhang Feng. "Sigh, then I feel relieved." smiled Gu Di. " Live well, my boy..... " saying that Gu Di finally turned into golden light as he faded away into the river of Time.....
