Eternal Monarch

Sitting silently by the window of a majestic palace was an expecting woman, with her hand gently stroking her round bloated belly. By the size of it anyone could see that she wasn't far from giving birth. She donned golden black robes which when matched with her peerless looks accentuated her beauty more.

Subsequently her attention was caught by the increasing sounds of raindrops that hit the window. She gazed her eyes outside as she enjoyed the serenity brought along by the gentle rain. The normally bustling night street was abandoned as its patrons had fled for shelter at their homes.

Whilst enjoying the peaceful rainy night she saw a wondrous scene. The dark clouds enveloping the night sky parted and the rain ceased simultaneously. The parting clouds made way for blinding bright rays of golden light as they announced the appearance of something much grander.

The blinding rays of light slowly receded as when one gazed up in the sky appeared a shimmering celestial body which at its center appeared to be the shadow of a crown.

Everyone in the world could see this star and as soon as they fixed their gazes upon it they felt reverence and worship coming deep within their souls.

When they cast their gazes towards it they immediately recast them somewhere else as they felt that the longer they looked at it they would suffer divine punishment as if it did not tolerate the slightest hint of profanity.

Powerful beings throughout the myriad worlds upon seeing the star immediately rushed towards their ancient records as if what they see was something they weren't expecting, the disbelief in their eyes quite evident.

When the light receded she also was stunned because she too was a powerhouse who stood at the peaks of power and quite knowledgeable. She stood up with her exquisite hands covering her mouth as she blurted out with a silvery voice, "It can't be!?"

Immediately her usually hazel eyes quickly changed as within her eyes now you could see small miniature gears rotating at fast speed. Additionally, the gears in her left and right eyes rotated in differing directions as they moved both anticlockwise and clockwise respectively.

This was a shocking scene because the eyes she possessed were the fabled non-existent Eyes of Chrono. Countless flashes of light flashed in her eyes as it appeared that she was deducing and calculating something deep in the rivers of time.

Gradually her eyes returned to their natural hazel color as she muttered in a low voice, "A brand new golden age is beginning with its birth being showed by this Celestial Star, but it seems that there might be more."

With her proclamation similar scenarios occurred across countless worlds with every knowledgeable being confirming that a brand new era was indeed starting.

Fixing her sight towards the star again to appreciate and bask in its splendor, she felt a few light kicks hitting her stomach. Her sight returned to her belly, her face softening as her hand lovingly rubbed her belly.

The few light kicks went from a dozen to becoming more incessant shocking the pregnant mother, which from time to time were accompanied by some tumbling. These series of events shocked the woman as she took out a jade slip and whispered a few words onto it.

From all this she concluded that her child was responding to the golden star but felt that her thoughts were absurd, but were they?

Astonishingly the light kicks did not stop as she thought rather became continuous and when she was starting to get concerned that something was wrong with her unborn child she felt it!

A gush of watery fluids escaped her womanhood as they bathed her thighs and the robes she wore; her water broke freezing her in place.

Awestruck, the wet sensation on her body brought her back to reality as she immediately exclaimed "Where are the maids? Summon the Old Midwife this instant!"

This long shout immediately sent the Kingston family abuzz as the first to reach the pregnant woman was a man who appeared to be in thirties whom instead of hair had a resplendent golden flame on his angular face, Apollo Kingston.

His sharp golden eyes becoming tender as he held the woman deep in his embrace uttering" Don't worry Erika everything will be alright".

This short occurrence signified HIS BIRTH!

The Celestial Star appearance shook myriad worlds. A dazzling golden star which at its center was the shadow of a crown, the Celestial Crown. According to ancient texts he who obtained the crown would rule for times to come and pass, with only those of similar or greater power capable of toppling them.

Its appearance kick starting a brand new prosperous golden age.

The star would be accompanied by the birth of countless geniuses sprouting like weeds, increased density and purity of mana and countless Opportunities of Fortune blossoming everywhere ushering a true grand era of competition.

Secluded and hidden families, organizations and sects would come to light joining in on this grand era of kings. Those experts whom had given up hope and on their last straws because of failure to make breakthroughs felt their bottlenecks weaken reigniting their fighting spirits.

As for the young geniuses all over the world felt their blood boil because this was their era, their stage to perform. But no Tom, Dick and Harry could compete for the Celestial Crown as only those worthy bearing the rightful qualifications could hear and rise to its call.
