108 The 9 Legendary Circles

Xiao Qiangwei woke up, and the first thing he did was putting the spear, World Piercer, in his sleeves, that were connected to a pseudo-pocket dimension.

Technically he could use a pocket dimension like this since he could use the Spatial Manipulation, however, compared with the pocket dimension one is able to open at the Immortal Heaven stage, this is just like a small pocket compared to a ship.

First of all, a real Pocket Dimension is completely locked unless the owner wishes for it to be checked, it is like a phone blocked with a password, only real experts on spatial manipulation are able to access others' pocket dimensions.

This isn't a problem about power, but it is a problem of willpower, legends are able to create 5 Avatars, while normal people are able to do only 1 of them.

Making Avatars is better than clones because you will receive the information on the same time the Avatar got it and vice-versa, they have both a will of their own and controlled at the same time to avoid idiocies like rebellion, they don't consume power to maintain them, and like in a certain anime, they won't vanish in a single hit and they can learn too.

He could make an Avatar to go to Disboard to help Sora and Shiro while he, and maybe Jibril, will go check the 9 Legendary Circles, he always wondered how are the Higher Worlds here… However, he will go personally there first, it would be rude letting an Avatar saying goodbye to them.

After he ate breakfast with his mother and Jibril, he asked to both of them to leave him alone for a while when he walked to his room and took out World Piercer, before laying down in a meditative pose and entering in the spear.

This universe is called the 9 Legendary Circles now, there were 3 Eras, the first is the Ancestor God's Era, the second is the Dark Age, and the third one is the current one.

In the first Era, the Gods traveled around like the cultivators did now, there were datas about ranks superior to the Overlord Deity, but now it's everything gone. There were Gods and Devils that were fighting each other.

In the Dark Age, the Devils won, and took control of everything in the 9 Legendary Circles, they treated the other races like livestock, until an idiot accidentally poisoned the entire universe, killing the 99% of the population.

Then the survivors started to breed and everything turned normal, as if nothing happened.

The stages in this universe are divided in:

Elementary Mortal = Mortal Realm

True Mortal = Golden Realm

Earth Ancestor = First half of the Nine Immortal Cycles

Heavenly Ancestor = From the Immortal Qi and beyond

Lower Deity = True Immortal Realm

Higher Deity = Heaven-Defying Core Realm

Overlord Deity = Godly Realm

Each stage was divided in 10 realms, and there was nothing like "Nirvana" between them, however, there were "Tribulations" for each passage of stage.

These were the details based on the cultivation at their side, however Xiao Qiangwei wasn't really interested on them since he was following his own path.

The interesting part came on the story of the place.

The 9 Legendary Circles, like the name suggested, is the universe divided into 9 circles, the most external part of the circle stays the weakest worlds, like Earth, and the deeper you are in the 9 Legendary Circles, the more respect you receive from others.

Li Ke came from the 1st Circle, the strongest one, so he was feared from everyone, he said that he was an Overlord Deity of the 9th Stage, only his father, who is more than 2 times older than himself, surpassed him, and reached the 10th Stage.

He said that he was made into a weapon from a Demon many years ago, but from how he was speaking, he was talking about more than 100'000 years. So he doesn't know much about the current situation, only the normal things.

There were 4 races, the human race, the celestial race, who have affinity with nature and light, the Demons, a weaker version of the Devils, who have affinity with darkness and souls. And for last there is the Chimeras, who are a mix between humans and beast features, everything about them is just like a human, except for their looks and extra abilities.

Basically the Celestials and the Demons looked down to humans and chimeras because their talents are superior to the latter, however it wasn't completely one sided, the Celestials and the Demons still feared humans or chimeras that were stronger than them.

It was interesting, so he would certainly visit it in the future.
