Episode 6

Born into the Mortal Realm in her mortal counterpart, a baby girl was born into the Imperial Palace, the daughter of the Empress whom lost her husband after she was found to be pregnant with the child to the Kingdom of Wei.

As the baby grew into a young child, she was a playful young spirited girl who bent the rules to her will, her name is Princess Xiaobai, the only daughter to the Empress and the deceased Emperor.

Years later and Xiaobai grew into a fine young woman who was still her free spirited self, doing as her mother tells her in her own way.

Princess Xiaobai never agrees to any of her marriage proposals, wanting to live her life by travelling before she thought about settling down.

After her sacrifice at the Rock of Three Incarnations, she had no memory of her Immortal counterpart and her precious phoenix flower birth mark, signalling she had started her love hardship trial.

Waking up one morning, Xiaobai's maid helped her into her pink dress and sat her at the vanity table, the cracked mirror staring back at her.

"Cha Cha, can you ask the Imperial House to get me a new mirror?" Xiaobai asked as her bubbly maid named Cha Cha bowed her head as she worked on her hair.

After Xiaobai was dressed and ready to go for the day, she worked her way from her Palace to her mother's. Cha Cha announced her arrival and heard her mother's voice, telling her to allow her in.

"Greetings mother" Xiaobai said after she walked into her mother's Palace, she walked to her mother and got to her knees, bowing her head low, arms on the floor and her forehead resting on her arms.

"Come here, my dear Xiaobai" her mother said as Cha Cha helped Xiaobai up and walked her to her mothers side before Xiaobai sat beside her mother and smiled to her.

"You are the most beautiful daughter I have ever had, I am so glad to have you in my life, but your future is coming closer then you think, I will be becoming Empress Dowager soon, which means your coronation to become Empress will be coming up, but you must have a husband rule beside you" the Empress said.

"You know what I think of marriage mother, I want to see the world before I think of becoming a Empress in my future" Xiaobai said as her mother nodded.

Back in Taichen Palace, everyone had been looking for Feng Jiu, while Dijun sat at his table, looking at the magical object Feng Jiu had created to use on the rock.

He looked up before getting up from the table and vanished, appearing in the mortal realm, he had a feeling something was happening there, like someone was calling him.

As he walked through the village, he came across a girl, her hair done up and wearing a pink hanfu dress, a long strand of silk hanging from her arms and low at the back of her dress, her smile, he knew from somewhere, from a girl he knew named Bai Feng Jiu.

He turned to see her properly and her name escaped his lips as she was smiling and talking to a girl in maid clothes.

The girl was the woman he started to fall for - Bai Feng Jiu, but what was she doing here in the mortal realm, he wanted to know. He walked up to the woman and she looked up to him, and to his dismay, with no recognition of him.

"Who are you?" the girl asked as her maid standing beside her kept her close in case she thought of danger to her.

"I am Dong Hua Dijun, Feng Jiu, do you remember me?" he asked holding his arms out to her and she moved away.

"I don't think I have met you anywhere" the girl said as her maid moved in front of her.

"Please don't touch her Highness Xiaobai" the maid said, Xiaobai looked at him and he saw that she was frightened as he nodded and walked away.

'She doesn't recognise me' Dijun thought to himself 'why did she do what she did?' he again thought to himself as he appeared back in Heavenly Realm to go visit Si Ming.

As Dijun went to Si Ming's Palace, he found him reading over a book, a frown on his face, when he looked up, he saw Dijun, he moved his hands together and bowed to Dijun.

"My Lord" he said as Dijun went to sit at the table, bringing out the magical object and showing it to him.

"Would you be able to see why Feng Jiu is in the mortal realm with no recognition of me?" Dijun asked "her name is Princess Xiaobai" he added.

"I will go and see my Lord" Si Ming said as he walked to the books and went through each one before he found the book on Feng Jiu's fate in the mortal realm.

She is enduring her love hardship trial in the mortal realm, she sacrificed something to the Goddess who lives within the rock of Three Incarnations, she is to endure friendship, love and betrayal" Si Ming said.

"She sacrificed her place beside me so my name would come back on the rock, to give me what she wanted to give me all this time, but the name of my partner is Ji Heng" Dijun said.

"Princess Ji Heng of the Demon tribe, Feng Jiu must have loved you enough to sacrifice her place beside you to give you a future" Si Ming said as Dijun sighed.

"I will be absent for a while, I will be in seclusion for a few years" Dijun said as Si Ming nodded while Dijun left to return to his Palace.

Returning, he placed an impenetrable barrier around his Palace, letting his maid know that no one was to visit until he came out of seclusion.

But he had no intention of going into seclusion, he intended to go to the mortal realm to give Feng Jiu what she wanted from him.

Hoping he wasn't to late, he became the son of the Tang Kingdom, going to the Wei Kingdom to propose marriage and an alliance to Princess Xiaobai.

Dijun assumed the role of the Crown Prince of Tang Kingdom, he had the former Prince's memories so he knew what it was like being friends with Feng Jiu while she was growing up in the mortal realm.

He went about his day, doing what the Prince liked best and tried to get away from a scheming Princess to trick him into a marriage he didn't want. Dijun kept his magic, but he couldn't use it for any reason or it would backfire on him.
