Another horrifying nightmare woke her up, finding herself in an unfamiliar room, not the same as before. Yesterday's accident knocked her off to unconsciousness, wasting the chance for her to think.

Where is she right now?

What happened from her last assassination?

Her memory being engulfed by a green light was exhibited on her mind

The fact that she even stumbled upon a rather odd occurrence, magic; he spawned fire on the thin air and the Sirius---star keeper.

'Is this a dream?'

She looked around the room, everything inside was quite old fashioned or isn't something people would even create using the advance technology that they recently possess except for the tables, chairs, cabinets and the door.

Odd, she thought.

She stood up and looked around until she stumbled upon a flawed mirror. Her eyes widened from the sudden scene, she could not recognize who was in front of the mirror.

How come it took her this long to realize these changes?

Her long silver hair wasn't auburn anymore and instead of dark ruby eyes, she found a glittering emerald gaze with cat-like pupils. Pointy ears peeped from her silver hair. Her flawless complexion wasn't human's, it was subtle milky white in perspective. She was a bit taller now than the old her and the fact that she's now wearing an ocean blue dress made her feel so disgraced.

It looked like she was inside of someone else's body which she was.

Before she could even think more, the door opened and she glanced there to see an unexpected figure, a woman resembling an elf depicted by the people. She has pointed ears, curly blond hair, but what astounded her most was her human-like complexion, unlike her porcelain skin. Her clothing made her looked like a certain cosplayer.

Her emerald gaze met her piercing golden orbs.

"You are indeed alive, huh."

She was astounded by the language the elfin just used. It was vague and foreign but she understood every single word that has left her mouth and based on her memory, she could speak that language too.

What are the odds?

EVERYTHING!!!

The elfin's sour voice only made those words reach her ears with obvious hatred. No, not a clue of who that elf-like person was. Whoever owned this body she has now, might have suffered from such hatred, which was quite troublesome if she were to experience it also.

She wanted to leave as soon as possible.

"Pfft, haha." The one who created the tense atmosphere laughed. Her laugh was angelic compared to her sour voice before. "I guess I'm not cut off to being a villain. I'm sorry about that." She wiped her teary eyes and turned to look at the familiar and confused silver-haired entity standing far in front of her.

She wasn't really confused but her body made her looked so innocently pure in front of anybody, because all this time, she has been scanning, adopting, and entirely alert in these new surroundings of hers.

"Welcome back, Yuna."

'Yuna?'

'Was that the name of the owner of this body?'

"By the way, here are some clothes for you to change." She closed the door behind started strolling towards the bed. "Omri is currently on a meeting with the others but he'll come to visit shortly after that."

She watched her lay the clothes on the bed.

"Omri?" Yuna emotionlessly asked as she approached her. The fact that she felt a string of pain after hearing that name bothered her. Was he the guy yesterday?

She was able to vividly remember now; he wasn't entirely human at all too.

The elfin looked at her with realization and disbelief, this doll-like girl in front of her really had forgotten about anything or so they thought.

"Omri, I'm sure you met him yesterday." She sadly muffled, imagining the pain Omri must have felt when he realized Yuna doesn't remember him anymore. "It is me Yuna, Manasseh. I'm just so glad you are finally back. I hated how I have to watch Omri suffer when you died back then. I hated how it pained me, knowing that I lose a friend." She burst out crying making Yuna froze.

She was never exposed to such intimacy ever since her parents died. Not a clue of what to do sprang out on her mind.

But that wasn't the thing that intrigued her the most, the fact that she was so-callingly brought back alive from being dead. That she was once dead.

'As if that was even possible, is it?'

"How come I am able to live again?" her gaze was empty as she looked at the sobbing elfin. Manasseh too wasn't expecting that chilling aura that Yuna has been emitting. Was it something to be expected from someone with amnesia?

"Omri is one of the 4 pillars of Enchanters..." Yuna cut her off with sole disbelief in her face.

This is indeed a dream.

"Magic?" Yuna lifted one of her delicate silver brows, thinking how funny it was. As if this stuffs would even trick her from believing it.

No way.

"Magic, what is that?" Manasseh curiously asked and Yuna was able to see how genuine her emotions were.

Yuna then again froze from all the confusion and unanswered questions that started to run in her mind.

'Enchanters, an elfin, fireballs, and magic, are you f*cking kidding me?' Her mind wandered until Manasseh was able to get her attention.

"Well, I can't expect that you won't be getting confused after losing your memory. You should take a bath and wear this. I can take you to the library if you want to know more." She smiled making Yuna do the same.

Manasseh was able to see that smile again, she missed the smiling face of hers. It made her melt in the inside and cry.

"Thank you that would be helpful."

--

As the warm and gladly-usual-water met her porcelain skin, she wished she could just wake up from this so-called stupid dream. She rested her head on the brim of the wooden bathtub and stared at the tangerine ceiling.

Like how could she forget about the comet? She almost missed the fact that the comet was somewhat connected to all of this.

She was illuminated by its light before she found herself here with no memories and she was able to remember everything after she saw the same comet again.

Maybe then, if she were to be illuminated by its light once again, it would be her ticket back home.

But no, such a stupid miracle won't ever be an option for her or running away either. She'd figure it all out, the schemes, the tricks, and how to even wake up from this unreasonable dream or nightmare. Everything outside was normal and kind of relieving, that the odds were just possessed by the people of this world and not with its surroundings.

Do comets have the power to mobilize her to another dimension or even another world? No, she thinks not.

As a devoted astronomer with a hidden dark agenda, no shred of light would give her that possibility.

She closed her eyes, remembering how she looked closely at the night sky using a telescope and found a should-have-been-a-hundred-thousand percent nonexistent object right in front of her eyes.

Just what does that even mean?

She decided to stay for a while and play the game whoever has given her.

From this day onwards, her name is Yuna.
