6 Developing the Dao of Yoink

Reese Retreat Day 1: 9:00 A.M.

Another day begins. As the sunlight passes through the thin layers of the windowsill, Emilio fully regrets creating a sun Emilio paused for a moment, pondering his newfound omnipotence in his realm. Despite his exhaustion and displacement, he realized that he no longer needed to rely on his limited abilities.

With a renewed sense of vigor, he stretched his limbs and reminded himself of the vast multiverse now at his fingertips.

"Let's focus on the task at hand. What are some potential items we can consider? With my portal ability, I can navigate through a chaotic multiverse and ensure my safety".

Emilio then uses his powers to create a list and a pen, then proceeds to make the pen float and write by itself.

"Here are some options for achieving immortality that I can think of. Firstly, the Fountain of Youth from the Seven Deadly Sins anime can provide a relatively safe version of biological and soul-based immortality.

Another option is to follow the path of shinigami from Bleach, where one can increase their soul energy to a point where they stop aging". Lastly, one can become a cultivator and use their abilities to attain immortality. Emilio remembers a specific cultivation novel while considering this option.

As he recalled a certain cultivation universe influenced by Mars's gravity, he couldn't help but think about the abundance of herbs and artifacts that could boost his power.

However, he quickly realized that he possessed an infinite inventory and could duplicate them endlessly to reach the pinnacle of power.

When Emilio got an idea, a terribly awful idea. Yes, Emelio had a wonderful awful idea, and with a smile that couldn't get any wider Emilio went to work on his first multiversal heist.

Emilio, you might wonder how to use your portals to acquire certain artifacts without drawing attention to yourself. Although the portals can provide quick protection, they only react as quickly as you do, and as a mortal, you have limitations. However, as a mortal, you can also be invisible.

By not absorbing any primal energies, you can open a portal to the location where the artifacts are being transferred or where herbs are being grown, add them to your inventory, and escape within mere nanoseconds. Due to the essence of the blank, and not having taken in any energies, you are very temporarily invisible.

But then you may wonder, Emilio, why are you willing to steal from these universes yet not simply live in them and find them yourself? While that is a valid question, one must remember that while precognition is an impossibility due to the Rob Insurance essence, those around you can be manipulated by fate, and fate is a cruel mistress. It strikes when you least expect it, and one must take every meticulous step to avoid overstepping and overreaching one's abilities.

But then Emilio remembers one specific herb, called the emperor's awakening, heart lotus, which grants the one that absorbs it an instant ticket to the emperor's profound realm. The realm of the domain in an instant, and due to the essence of the cultivator, Emelio can simply ignore the possibilities of an unstable foundation, due to the adage of protagonist luck.

"In fact, for the heck of it, I can simply use my portals to steal the heretic god's blood from Jasmine as she is about to give it to the main character, yun che, and due to the nature of the essence of the cultivator, it would simply be added to my overall potential instead of distracting from it".

But as to not get ahead of himself, Emelio calmed himself down as these were only possibilities of what could be.

To better distract himself from the overwhelming possibilities laid before him, Emilio summons a mirror to get a good look at his new form. due to both the essence of the cultivator and the essence of the adventurer, his body had essentially done a once over and decided we could fix it and rebuild his body from the ground up. He looks like a model that could apply for the sexiest man alive!

Although he genuinely hopes that the jade skin does not appear once he begins cultivating oh, he can practically hear the young masters screaming about not recognizing Mt. Tai. But Emilio hardened himself as he accepted this fate and he is gonna enjoy it.

But yet again, the possibilities are just seemingly endless for Emilio as he can envision himself flying across vast cityscapes across the infinite universe. Still, he is stuck on what decisions to make, and he finds it ironic when presented with all the options, as there are so many avenues to power, yet so many risks.

So as a simple start, Emilio reached within himself. He opened up a portal to an alternate universe version of the Seven Deadly Sins anime where Ban never made it to the Fountain of Youth, and its guardian had failed to protect it. A proverbial bad end, as you will, and Emilio simply mutters to himself.

"I'm sorry, but to me, you've been dead for centuries", as he sees the corpse of the Guardian of the Forest Elaine laid bare on the treetop, and before the demon attacking force could notice him he grabs the cup and put it in his inventory and vanishes. (The first of many yoinks to come)

After copying the Fountain of Youth twice in his inventory, Emilio creates two separate slots. He combines one of the slots found by Youth and multiplies it by 100 to create an amped version of the original Fountain of Youth. This gives him an infinite amount of the original fountain that he can use for others. Emilio then puts the fused fountain of youth onto a wooden table next to his bed. He eyes the concoction for a moment before picking it up and swallowing it.

Why would you drink from the fountain of youth without any physical preparation, especially a fountain of youth multiplied by 100? To answer the question, he did. He used his ability to make himself immortal in his world, which was veritably unnecessary due to how the fountain of youth grants its immortality, but it is a risk nonetheless and one Emilio did not want to risk.

And, the process paid dividends as upon consuming the concoction, indecipherable euphoria befell Emilio as it was if he was alive for the first time, as his body grew stronger and his hold on life ever greater as he could feel the weight of risk flying off him. But then Emilio thinks to himself, "This is only the beginning", but the beginning of what, exactly Emilio did not know.

Emilio knew it was time to begin training, but not before indulging in a couple more multiverse yoinks. He figured there were plenty of unused objects lying around the multiverse, so he might as well make use of them. Wink! Wink!

And thus begins the tale of Emilio Reese, the follower of the Dao of yoink. And the scourge of young masters everywhere. Because hey it's a cultivation world. If you're not face-slapping young masters and stealing other's stuff you're not doing it right
