10 Slippery

(Naomasa Tsukauchi POV)

In the afternoon, we just received a call about the ghoul being dealt with, so we immediately dispatched to the location of the villain.

When we got there, the villain was dead. His head was cleanly sliced. We examined the body, we just found that his finger was crudely cut like it was torturing the villain first. We found the fingers of the body in the mouth and some of it were swallowed.

We have seen worse cases of vigilantism but this one, is one of the worst ones. We survey the area for any surveillance that might we can use to look for the vigilante.

While we were searching for surveillance. I did ask some questions from the neighborhood if they heard any strange noises or any incident. They did hear some noise in the apartment complex. I did find a cctv in one of the houses and asked if we could get some copy of the footage of it. The resident agreed and may take some while to copy it, so I headed back to the crime scene.

When I got back, I noticed that the apartment is colder than it should be, and the vigilante has some cold quirk. We are just finishing up the case and taking the footage back to the station to see if we can identify the vigilante.

The first thing I did when I got to my office was to look at the footage. When I am viewing the footage, the video suddenly freezes. When it stops freezing, the video is showing where we arrived at the scene.

This will be troublesome, I know now who is the vigilante. It has to be Kono's daughter, he did inform us about the case. Looks like we can't do something about it, she will be practically immune to the police because of his father's influence.

(Yui POV)

When I opened my eyes, we were at the mansion. I headed to my father's office to report my success on it. When I got there, he was still doing paperwork, when he looked up to see me he smiled at me and asked "How did it go?" I answered "It's easier than I thought it would be."

he replies "Of course it would, your target is just a cannon fodder and to gauge how fast can you hunt him. So after this you will be patrolling in Musutafu"

I nodded at him, and left the office. I am heading to Musutafu without any transportation it is near here after all. I was jumping building to building when I heard a gunshot. I headed to the sound, It was a robbery in a store.

There were 5 robbers at the store, one guy is threatening the cashier and 2 guys are destroying the ATM, the other two are robbing the other people inside the store.

After assessing the situation, I jumped at the front of the store and the robbers destroying the ATM spotted me.

"Oi some chick wants to play hero in front of us"

"Huh, just deal with her, i am busy collecting the money"

"Fine, fine"

"Oiii young lady, why don't you just lea-" he was cut off because his head is flying.

The other robber saw this and was shocked, he tried to warn the others but his mouth was frozen. He was clawing his mouth to remove the ice in his mouth but failed. Seeing this I just smirked at him and he tried to punch me only his arms are cut off.

The blood splashed like a fountain and I kicked his head to kill him. The guy at the cashier is charging at me trying to surprise me when I was busy fighting his friend. Seeing how easy it is to fight these guys, I decided to have some fun with them.

I froze the ground and the guy slipped when he was charging at me, seeing this I froze his hands and feets so that he can't move, I will entertain him later. I saw the two trying to run away from me, I froze their feet before they ran away from me.

I make a collar for the three of them and hang them on the ceiling and make them stand on an ice while barefoot. I gesture the civilians to call the police. While I waited for the police to come I made an Ice throne and sat on it watching the three struggle on their feet.

Their feets are turning bloody due to scraping it on the ice and making it more slippery due to the blood. The Ice is slowly melting and they notice that their breaths will be gone if the Ice that their standing is melting and they struggle harder to remove the collar on them.

I was having fun watching them struggle and looks like my funtime is over. I dispel the Ice that they are standing and make them suffocate, I didn't dispel their collar. I jumped to a nearby building and watched the police try to release the robbers only to fail, because I made the ice stronger than steel.

Seeing that I had enough fun, I made the collar tighter until their orifices were bleeding. The reaction of the police was funny in their attempt to save the robbers. How ironic that the police are saving the robbers. Heh, looks like I got some story to tell to my father.

Once the robbers were dead, I left the area to patrol some more and have more fun while doing it. Being a vigilante is so much more fun than I thought it would be. Hope after this year I can still do this stuff.
