2 years later

"Still no sign of her"

Robert is trembling in fear. For the past two years of searching, still they have no idea where she was or who she is. And his boss, Martin, has never been this dangerous for all he can remember. He's always hot-tempered, he always pick a fight whenever he went. He spent all two years searching for that women who he doesnt even know why.

"No, sir, her face is not shown in the CCTV in the hotel, and it seems the name written in that room where she stays wasnt hers"

Robert flinched when he looked at his boss, as if he was about to kill somebody with those sharpened knife shaped eyes. He was about to explode. Or he has already exploded.

"30 days Robert, Ill give you 30 days to look for her..." Martin looked at him, deadly serious "... I'll be waiting, I expect results when i came back"

He nodded. He wouldnt dare cross his line unto him. He knows exactly how dangerous a man Martin is. He respect him, as much as he value his life. His eyes followed the back of his boss, praying that within those 30 days, he can find even a little clue about her.

Tommy open her eyes, showing her iconic blue eyes. She was different. Well, thats what people in her town have labelled her. She was the only girl with blue eyes and silky long brown hair. Tommy wasn't considered an outcast, but enough to make her feel alone because of her looks. She was beautiful, yes, gorgeous enough to make other women feel jealous of her. When with men, she was labelled as slut by them, that is why she is always alone. For four years in college, she has lived in solitary life.

"Are you sure about leaving?" Tommy looked at her mother and smiled.

"Im sure mom, and besides looking for a job outside of town is kinda exciting, and you know me, I can't let this one slide" she stated while packing her things. It was just a few clothes and books. She wanted to live a new life somewhere far from here.

"But where will you stay?" Tommy hold her mothers hands and looked at her with assurance.

"Mom I'll be fine, besides i have save a lot from my part time jobs, I can take of myself. And if something goes wrong, i'll make sure to tell you first, okay. Dont worry"

Her morther held her in her arms, rubbing softly her back to assure her that she is always with her no matter what.

Tommy never knew her father. She grew up with her mom alone. She has no idea how he looks like or what his father like. Her mother never told her about him, nor when she ask about him, she never aswer.

"What are you doing here?" Martin looked at Beverly. It was almost a year and a half since their engagement. She has been nagging about the date of their wedding.

"It this the reason why you came here in my office" He said in a very cold voice not giving her a single glance.

"How long do I have to wait! Martin, its been a year since the engagement!" Her voice echoed in his office which made him more irritated.

"If you have nothing important to say, the door is open"

"Were not done yet Martin..." Beverly said with a grin "... lets just talk about this over a Family dinner, wouldn't it be nice" she said sarcastically as Martin looked at her.

Martin never agrees to the engagement that night. It just so, that next thing in the morning, the news about him getting married is all over the headlines. And he was too busy looking for that girl to take care of it, so he just let it slide, thinking that it will just sooths out.

"Can't you read the situation here Beverly, you're a smart girl so I know you know exactly what my feelings for you"

Beverly place her hands on the table, leaning towards Martin with a smile. He can even smell her perfume from their small distance. It was too strong for his type of fragrance, it makes him dizzy.

"I know exactly what you mean Martin, but that will not stop me from marrying you" With her statement, Beverly leave Martin's office. He just let out a sigh, just as heavy as the burden she's giving him.

*Knocks*

A woman wearing a long skirt just beyond her knees and an old fashioned button top enter his office. It was the woman from human resource office.

"Sir, I have here the list of applicants. I have already separated the list of the fresh graduates"

"Just put it in the table, i'll run to it as soon as i get back"

"Okay sir"

Martin step out of his office, went to the nearest food shop. He needed a break and something sweet to ease his head from dizziness of Beverly's strong perfume.

"I'll have one lemon juice please" he ordered.

"Here you go sir, enjoy" the lady handed him the beverage with a smile

"Thanks" He chose the spot near the window. The place has a nice view.

Tommy decided to grab a drink before going back to hotel where she was staying. Its been five days since he arrive at the city. She was getting used to the place faster than she had imagined. She decided to have sightseeing before the real work begin. She applied jobs from different companies and waiting for an interview.

"I'll have one lemon juice please" Tommy said with a smile. The lady in the counter couldn't help but smile. Her smile was contageous and it brightens her day.

"Here you go, maam, enjoy"

"Thank you"

It was just a matter of second, but enough to make his world rotate in a slow motion. Her blue eyes were glistening, the same eyes that captured him that very night. Martin were frozen for a second, letting that silky long brown hair pass him by. He knew, he just knew, that if someday, if one day they have crossed their paths again, he knew that it was something like this. And here it was.

Martin's body move itself, where his mind left unconciously in daze. Just as the moment the bell rang from the door of the shop, he snap out, bringing his mind back to its head. When he looked around, she was already gone.
