8 What's With That Brat?

"Interesting kid. He has the eye resembling death itself. The eye of a dead human." General Gavin murmured.

The students and teachers were brought to relief after General Gavin stopped his spell. However some of them were kneeling and lying unto the ground covering their face due to the hotness and irritation of the skin. That the hot water has caused. Their faces were all covered in red, and some of them couldn't even open their eyes due to the hotness.

Only the students who successfully casted an elemental spell to cover themselves were not fully harmed. Like Emmy Shard the student council president of the Royal Hearts academy. She tried to control the boiling rain that is showering upon her, by using a water element. Grey, the student council vice-president of the Royal Hearts academy. Also stopped the rain from showering into his head by using a wind element and many other students and teachers used their spells to lessen the damage they've taken.

But rein was an exception. He just quietly stood without doing anything. He doesn't care about the boiling water that is showering into him. He doesn't need any help from humans or magical elements, that's what made General Gavin stop his spell because he is afraid rein might die without himself knowing.

"Damn that brat he's really not afraid of death." General Gavin murmured to himself but General Vrekerd heard it because of his enhanced hearing.

"Hmmm, well yeah. Also thought about that. I don't know why that brat didn't even try to do anything, despite the hot water showering into his head. I don't know if he's an idiot or dumb, or a person that just trying to show off. But I know one thing, he isn't one of those awakened and a person who can't cast any magical element. He's a mediocre."

"Damn that enhanced hearing of yours Vrekered! I can't have a little privacy here!—You always try to pry anything about my life!" General Gavin snapped.

The students and teachers around were wondering what the two Generals were whispering and murmuring to themselves. But after a while. General Vrekerd walked to the center, above the king throne where he is in the spotlight and the center of attention of all the students and teachers.

"Hello again Earthlings! I'm very sorry about my handsome friend here. You know he's the type of person who doesn't want a person who doesn't follow orders. So I think you should stop your self confidence/self-esteem and try to change it to self-respect, and we respect you too from the bottom of our hearts." General Vrekerd said.

The students and teachers around the crowd just nodded and bowed their heads repeatedly because of fear. That they might experience a painful second round of hell again.

"Gavin, will you?" General Vrekerd gestured Gavin.

"You don't have to tell me. I ain't some psychopath person."

"Rain through flesh....."

General Gavin casted a spell again and the students and teachers around started panicking and running around for their lives, just to avoid the rain.

"Noooo! I'm really gonna die!"

"Stop please! I can't take a second round, my face is all burnt and red!!"

The dark clouds formed again in the ceiling of the palace. The students and teachers that are capable of casting an element started using it to cover themselves, to lessen the damage that will be taken. Where there is rein standing around the backside of the crowd doing nothing again, just observing the chaos situation. Until the droplets of rain fall upon them.

The fear and despair that were coming from their eyes was replaced to a warmth feeling of happiness within their body. It's healing their burnt skin that they got from General Gavin spell from earlier. They're uneasiness was brought to relief and they're distress was brought to comfort. They are now much livelier compared to earlier.

"So earthlings how was it? General Gavin homemade skin healing potions." General Vrekerd said.

"We promise not to be sloppy anymore!"

The students and teachers bowed their heads to ask for forgiveness and thanks to the generals. They have accumulated bad trauma just in one day. And they don't want to add for more.

"Well, I'm glad you earthlings are back to normal now. So how was the experience? That's what we do when we train soldiers here. So I hope you forgive us, and start get used to it." General Vrekerd points at his cheeks showing his old and wrinkled face around.

"Damn! Did he just say. This is what they do when they train soldiers? I'm a student, I ain't some country soldier! Stop pointing at your cheeks it's disgusting!!" Kyle bawled loudly.

"My eyes!! I have seen a scene, that should not have been seen!"

After the round of swearing and insulting. General Gavin headed alongside General Vrekerd, and told him that, "It's my turn you aren't helping."

"Well, here you go earthlings. The person who isn't fond of jokes will take the spotlight now." General Vrekerd winked.

After General Vrekerd spoke about General Gavin. The crowd was brought to silence and fear again.

"Attention, attention little earthlings. My voice might be low. So I want you to listen carefully to what I will say, if you do wrong then you will really get a special reward. I want you to group yourselves into two."
