after the war had started 5 years ago some humans started to evolve from the chemicals of war mixing with 20% of the human population. only affecting those going through adolescent they possessed scientifically unexplainable abilities and the greed of humanity led to them immediately seeked after by the government for use in the war and forced into hiding.
