~ Prologue ~

      Usually, they live as if all the pain, suffering and despair in the world is far away, maybe lament the unfairness of life and have high hopes for maybe one day, just one day, that all their prayers would be answered. And then.....what?, they go on continuously like that everyday. Maybe they're not just meant to live a happy life, pain is all they will ever know. They didn't know about any other orphanage but staying in that one felt like hell, they where mostly subjected to physical abuse, starvation sometimes tied to their beds for some days and never experiencing real childhood or human affection.

       The only thing that made that place special was the fact that they wouldn't remember anything after all the pain they inflicted on them, they would only wake up to meet scars on their bodies with painful feelings all over but they could tell that mysterious things where happening in the orphanage but they where all clueless. Every single one of them where treated badly as they where given inadequate food to eat. Some got sick due to improper feeding but the child care takers shunned them and left them to fend for themselves.

    The nurse care takers couldn't care less about their health, they where calloused for sure, giving the orphan children a very powerful sedative causing them to loose their memories, they knew it was harmful, yet they did it, they didn't give a damn about any of them.

    Some orphans where sexually abused but wake up without remembering a single thing. Orphans went missing, but nobody knows of their whereabouts, all they could remember is that they wake up with a very painful headache, dizzy eyes and some starts puking.

     Missing orphans where sold out for exploitation, sex or simply sold. Those orphans where forced out of their own will for they'll be taken out to sex dealers when they turn 16 and be forced to engage in prostitution. Those who got involved in sex trade are employed men with enough disposable income. Despite all these no one knows anything about what is really going on.

    Orphan child, Lucy Parker, was almost killed after finding out about the secrets of the orphanage, she tried running away but was caught and beaten mercilessly and given a syringe afterwards as she forgot about everything she saw and heard.

It was as if nothing had happened.
