Entire world reincarnated

The earth gets hit by a meteorite but our mc (Ian) was the last one to die surviving for a total of 10 seconds more but in those 10 seconds while he was still alive the entire world was being reincarnated. After he dies he gets to go to the reincarnation room but since God had already reincarnated the whole world there was only one race to reincarnate as and that was a bacteria/cell(i can't remember what they were) so out of pitty God gives him an op system that allows him to evolve
