"How's the background music of the sound going?"

Zhang Yufeng asked Zhao Tan who was quietly sipping coffee.

They were currently in the lounge area resting after a hard day of work.

"It's been really tiring. Although we have the lyrics ready, it's hard to make the background music as we don't want to screw the song. This is also the project the company future depends on. We can't be too sloppy with the songs"

"It must be hard"

"It is but it is also satisfying to work on songs on that level. I have only work on second grade songs before, So I am giving it my all this time"

"Yeah, Xiao Ren had surprisingly written some good songs"

"I am really curious about how president Ren even managed to write such songs"

"Why are you curious about that?"

This time it was a female voice. Both Zhang Yufeng and Zhao Tan turned back their heads, only to see Liu Zulu coming in.

"What are you doing here, Zulu? Aren't you working on the planning of the album"

"I came here to take a break but I want to know why are curious about the songs that president Ren made"

Liu Zulu said as she sat down on the couch.

"Although, I don't know much but I never heard that Xiao Ren was a playboy or about him having a girlfriend but I can also be wrong as he lived mostly abroad till now"

Zhang Yufeng said as he took a sip of coffee.

"I really think that president is rather experienced with girls"

"Why do you think like that?" Zhao Tan asked curiously.

"It's because he look like those CEO's in novels"

"Fuuu, cough, cough"

Zhao Tan nearly choked on his coffee when he heard those words and even Zhang Yufeng have a weird expression hearing her words.

"Wh-what the hell are you talking about"

"What! I am just saying what I feel like. Wasn't he looked like one of those mysterious CEO's in those novels. I would not find it much surprising if he had a affair with someone rich and famous"

"You are reading too many novels these days. You should work instead"

"I am working really hard you know, I didn't even get much sleep last night"

"You must be reading novels late at night"

Zhang Yufeng sighed as he looked towards the both of them having a quarrel with a smile on his face.

Global entertainment had many bad times and the employees who had stayed till the last had close relationships because of this.

You could even say that going through hard times have made their relationships much closer than normal.

As they were talking among themselves, they heard a loud voice coming from outside.

They looked over and found that Shao Fang and Bai Shu was coming in and the voice earlier was of Shao Fang.

"What happened, why are you so angry, Fang?"

Zhang Yufeng asked Shao Fang as he looked at him.

"It's all because of those bastards. They don't have a slot left for a 3 minute performance. They are lying through their teeth. Ah, I wish I can just chop those bastards off"

"Did the negotiations didn't went well?"

"They didn't. Those bastards didn't even gave me the time to negotiate. They just hanged my phone saying that they were busy"

Zhang Yufeng just sighed at that.

They were looking for a stage to debut their new singer and their initial choice was the Star music station but the negotiations didn't went well.

"We can just think about the stage later. We don't even have a singer right now"

"Ah, you are right"

Shao Fang sighed as he sat down. Liu Zulu quickly sat up and gave him a cup of coffee.

"Have you find any singer yet, Director Zhang"

Shao Fang asked towards Zhang Yufeng.

"No, most of the singers I have contacted have too much arrogance. They don't want to work with a company like us and the singers who will be willing to contract with us are too immature. We can't just put all of our hard work on a high school student"

"It's really hard to find a good singer these days"

Zhao Tan sighed as he said.

"I even contacted some of our previous trainees but most of them had either contracted with other companies and some of them didn't even answered my call"

Bai Shu said with a look of despair.

"How about the planning going for the album?"

Bai Shu asked Liu Zulu.

"Well, the planning is going well. Although we have fewer people, we all at least have harmony among us. Things like cover making and distribution routes have been decided but there was a big problem obstructing us, it is….money"

Everyone in the lounge area sighed hearing it.

They all that the biggest problem in the album production was money.

Making music videos, post production, album production, editing the music videos…

They are all the things that required money, although there were equipments for making music videos, they will need the staff and director for it.

Album producing will also took huge amounts of money. As the album they were producing was a physical album, not a digital one, the price for making it will be high.

"Let's not worry about the money right now, I will do something about it. Let's first think about the matter of the singer"

Zhang Yufeng said trying to lift up the mood of everyone.

"The matter of the singer is also troubling. We haven't found one yet and time is tickling every second"

"Chief Bai, didn't you and the president visited a bar to find a singer. You are very optimistic about her too"

They had just not found one because they have been looking for a mature singer who give a pure image.

It was to satisfy the image of the songs but they had never thought that Ren would be so adamant on a bar singer.

"He didn't say anything specific to me. He just said that he was interested in her"

Bai Shu words were enough to cause a misunderstanding among the people present in the lounge especially Zhao Tan, Liu Zulu and Zhang Yufeng who were previously discussing Ren being a playboy.
