32 Disappearance of the Sabin

Even if the barrier is covered with a thick clothe, a light shine from it. It lights up until it eventually died down. It was a sudden incident inside the headmaster's office with the presence of the five creature. It made them looked at the source of the sudden light. Good thing the staff members left the place a while ago. One of them walk towards it and pull the cover. Discovering the barrier and the sabin was no longer there, leaving the body of Mandy laying down unconscious.

"Vanisa, I know you hated this girl, but you are the fastest one in here. Kindly bring her in the events infirmary to prevent a huge commotion. Also, kindly manage things there, I intrust these things to you" Mr. Riedax spoke, Vanisa sighed from the request. She immediately picked up Mandy and carry her towards the event location.

"I never expected this to happen, but we must still watched over her. It looks like she's more dangerous than the sabin. She should never became to the badside of the society. We must get her trust and loyalty to make it happen. Can I expect that from all of you?" Mr. Riedax tell them.

"Leave that to us headmaster." The three of them answered. They exit the office as soon as they answered.

"I hope she would not turn to the other side." Mr. Riedax looked out the windows thinking about what will happen to Mandy once she knew everything about her unknown past. She still have not known who are behind the experiments done to her. It's not all been done by the humans, there are also monsters that have been involved in it. Their greed consumed them even though they've been gifted with abilities more than the human being can. From the start Mandy entered the society, many eyes are already on her, ready to have a chance to get her.

Mandy woke up from her sudden impact in the soft infirmary bed. She saw the fast image of Vanisa going out in the room, leaving a gust of wind.

"How did I get in here?" She recalled the last scene she was earlier. She was succumb by the darkness.'Did someone saved me? Where is that creature now?' she thought.

"Oh, you are Mandy Frost right?" the nurse asked her, looking at the clipboard.

"Yes, can I asked where am I? I mean am I still in the event?" since the place was unfamiliar to her.

"It is. Anyway, your friends been looking for you. Since, you seem conscious already. You can meet them in the Hall." she said and gave her the seat location for her.

She arrived in the last part of the ceremony, so most of the student are busily chatting out.

"Hey guys." she approached them. They all looked at her with joy in their face.

"We've been looking for you everywhere." Grace embraced her.

"What happened to you?" Heart asked with worry on her face.

"What took you so long?" Julie wondered, but each of them gave her a hug.

"We know we encountered the same, but we are glad you are fine" Chris intervene since he noticed Mandy's face uncomfortable to answer their questions. Mandy thank Chris for the help with a smile, but still she was glad to know they are worried for her. Their company made her forget about the incident earlier she experienced.

Getting back to her room, she immediately slump to the sofa. But, she suddenly felt hitting to something in her back. She immediately get up and look around.

"What the fudge! What are you doing in here?" she get out from the sofa and pointing the intruder in her room.

"Is that how you greet someone?" he responded

"Is that even important right now? How did you get in here? No, I must call the dorm head... fudge I dont even know who is that and where to find her... " she whispered the last statement to herself.

"What is it now? I've been away from you guys for two weeks. I thought you are already done with me." Mandy thought that she already got their approval in staying in the academy since they aready left her doing anything.

"Don't even think about it, your training have not even in the half of it" he stated. He stood and walked towards her, she felt alarmed from its sudden action. He was looking deep in her eyes, she tried to look away but she failed. Until for a while, he looked away his gaze. He walked out the room and stand in the verandah before he look back.

"Now I clearly understand why they've been interested in you."- 'Why haven't I done this before? I really hated it when I'm going inside any mind, but this time was sure helpful' he thought before leaving the place. After Morgan was gone from her sight, she regain herself. She was confused for a moment in his action and the statement he left.
