1 Chapter 1

My life was normal… I worked, went home, and went back to work the next day, nothing special or out of the ordinary at all. Don't get me wrong by all that, this isn't my original world and I obviously knew where I was and knew it was a dangerous place to be but you only live once and I usually wasn't a power wank kind of person.

That is until one day, this day, like just ten seconds ago that I was rearranging my television to put it at a better angle that my whole hand that was pressing lightly on the screen, well that hand simply went through it… at that moment I was pissed, I had thought I destroyed my new 55" TV but on a second look, panicking that I was going to cut the shit out of my hand if I pulled it out, I had seen that my hand didn't in fact break the screen so to speak but was more inside of it in a weird pixelated way that is truly hard to describe. It's safe to say I removed my hand with vast expedience throwing caution to the wind in my surprise.

I was actually watching Titanic at the time(don't judge me)and there was an annoying glare so that's why I was reworking my living room setup. I was honestly terrified of what could happen, I mean I knew this was marvel with Tony Stark just recently flying around in his armored suit only just a few years ago (currently 2011)but still even this was weird to me.

After a while and a cold long shower to get my thoughts in order I was becoming more curious than afraid. I mean this was the world of superpowers right? Now at in fuck all was I going to do tests with anything dangerous on but maybe something more pedestrian or something? Well let's be honest, Titanic was about as pedestrian as it got on the danger scale as long as you weren't drowning in freezing cold water I suppose.

The first thing I did was turn the TV to a blank channel and slowly put my finger on the tv for simply nothing to occur. The next thing I did was put Titanic back on. Honestly I had read Fanfictions and stuff where people could do something similar to this and I was hoping I had the same power as they did. It was based around game stuff though and I wasn't much of a gamer other than stuff like 90s StarCraft and early 2000s Diablo. I was hoping this was like that.

I put my hand on the TV when the gambling scene came in to play and tried to Will the boarding ticket into my hand but nothing happened… I tried with several other things I could see but still nothing.

I got frustrated after about 5 minutes of bullshittery and stuck my hand in further and nothing. After a moment of thought and deliberation I stuck my head in and I could almost see what was happening like I was there and it kinda just came to me in my mind. This wasn't like the game version that I read, this was literally me stepping foot in that world for reals!

I don't know where that sudden burst of knowledge came from but it was there now and I knew exactly what I wanted to do but to do that I needed to fit in realistically. I think going to that time period would probably raise questions by other guests and crew, well if they deigned to care anyways I suppose.

I also needed more than one outfit since I hoped to stay there for several days should this all work out as I hoped it would.

I was thankful I currently had a decent savings account so that I could actually afford some of this shit as I was hoping to actually go and buy a first class ticket if there were any available to actually be bought and then I had the stupidest idea probably stupid enough to win a stupid prize.

While I wanted a fairly safe first encounter, there were honestly no guarantees that the streets of England back in the early 1900s would actually be in fact safe…

So I made a terribly stupid decision, a decision that would have me visiting Resident Evil: Retribution. It was probably a poor decision but I could use some badasses if they actually agreed and I should be able to exit their world with basically a thought… honestly unless they headshot me right off the bat I should be relatively fine as I know most of what they will encounter and deal with, the only issue is while im in decent shape, I am a lazy asshole and im not sure I want to run away from zombies for god knows how long if they don't decide to leave with me immediately which im positive they won't.

I just internally sighed to myself. I was admittedly ex military in my past life before I was reborn into this world but while I kept myself in ok shape I had taken things fairly easy this time around as I was a normal person with no powers or anything. I kinda regretted that now.

I changed into a simple outfit, some cargo pants, long sleeve shirt with a leather jacket and some good boots. After that I put my 9mm in the back of my waistband and an extra magazine in my jacket pocket.

I set the movie to just a few good seconds before the two beauties started fighting. A portal opening right in front of them but behind a pillar was hard to miss for either of them and in an instant I had two high powered looking pistols pointing in my direction. Fair enough, at least neither of them murdered me instantly I guess. "Ladies… I'm unarmed so I would appreciate not being immediately murdered. Please!" I came through the TV with both my hands up in surrender.

"Who the hell are you kid?" I guess that's fair, I'm only technically 20 in my new life and I probably looked slightly younger even if I was in decent shape for my age. "I guess you could say I'm simply visiting your world sorta, not sure how to explain it. Before you ask yes I'm from Earth, just not this Earth. But for now let's keep mum on that, you have someone who wants to talk to you on screen in a moment" I tell them while looking at a monitor.

I did my best to stay out of sight of most of the cameras but I have no clue if Wesker could hear what I had already said or actually currently see me. He didn't seem to notice me or if he did he didn't care about my existence.

I let them monologue and watched them talk to the Red Queen with her lovely, 'Your all going to die down here.' Honestly I was kinda just simping right now, they look like their actresses almost exactly and I'm pretty sure everyone wants to bang bang bingbing as she is pretty much gorgeous. Alice is also pretty thought not quite as much of my type not that that matters.

When the monitors go down and they begin shooting out cameras and speakers i wait for them to finish. "Explain…." They both practically said at the same time. I just sighed.

"Firstly my name is Alexander or Alex and the short of it is i come from a different version of Earth with decent knowledge of how this mission and world will go also I can tell you both that Wesker is full of shit, still works for Umbrella and the management are still alive in cryostasis. The ones you killed thought they were the originals and the world as it currently is was their plan all along. Most of the infiltration team will be killed off due to simply overwhelming odds and if things don't change only you two and maybe two or maybe three others will survive. That includes a child and Jill Valentine in the end."

They both looked at each other and I'm not sure they believed me exactly though it's hard to refute when they saw me enter through a portal. "What are our options exactly." I sighed. "I should also add that in the end Wesker screws you and literally everyone you know, killing pretty much everyone, everyone who originally may have survived this mission." I said, pointedly looking at Ada who looked something between almost sad and annoyed and Alice who looked kinda dejected at the probable fate of everything and one she knew.

"I honestly don't know the best plan, I'm no tactician but I would say arm up with as many guns as we can without slowing us down and hoof it to the child, in and out of the house in under a minute, keep ahead of Jill and her team, meet the next person on the way to where we're going anyways and then escape to my world?" That's honestly all I got at the moment and even that was horrifyingly dangerous to and for me.

"You said I could save Jill if I keep going as is?" She was hopeful but forgot a lot. "And lose almost everyone else in the process though but yes in the end, after pretty much everyone dies you manage to rip the scarab thing off of her chest." I admitted to her.

"There is a possibility but I have absolutely no clue if it will work as I only just got this power to open portals today. In the timeline I saw, Ada was taken prisoner at the house after a long confrontation with Jill and her death squad…. So she wasn't able to contribute much after that point. Once we get the child and if we do it fast enough to avoid Jill, we make our way quickly to the clone of your old friend Rain, once there I send all of them to my home and try to keep the portal open while following you, none of them contributed after that point aside from you both thinning out Jill's troop a bit at the house."

They took a minute to think it over but we all knew it was time to go and there were honesty

Few good choices left in the world. I had already armed up, two of the big pistols Alice rocked from the control room and a few magazines in my cargo pockets. We were already running now though and I already hated it. When I say running I mean sprinting of course. I guess they took my getting the fuck out as fast as possible to heart.

"What do you want in return for this… escape..? Alex?" Ada asked between breaths, I was already panting pretty good but it wasn't too bad though thankfully. Maybe I should have hit the cardio and gym a bit more before coming here… like a lot more.

"Honestly.. I mostly need help and protection for ventures similar to this… though obviously different scenarios…. Probably. I mean I have this power… to go to other worlds…. Any movie… or TV show…. Is real…. Somewhere. I came here… it was calculated… to not be killed… instantly…. By you both." I panted in between sentences trying to not think about how far we had to go.

"Have you seen.. Titanic… the movie..?" They both admitted they had actually watched it. "Let that.. be… an example for where I could go… it's simple.. wouldn't think dangerous… besides the obvious.. but even the street of England… in 1912… are dangerous… that's why I would like you both… to travel with me on stuff like that…. Your both smart and skilled." We stopped running for a minute, halted by Alice.

I felt a pang of dread. "Alice two of the big fuckers like at the prison." She grimaced at that and I noticed Ada still had that dinky pistol. Well dinky by comparison to ours I guess.

"Ada!" I call her name and give her my own set of dual pistols while taking her single and grabbing my own from behind my back.. yay we are all dual wielding now! This was going to be gross and I was kinda hoping to not die right now as I am in no way as skilled as the girls. I was literally playing by the rules of dodgeball.

"You originally destroyed them by exploding a fuel truck not far from here" I mumble to them pointing to the truck a few good dozen meters away. "They both hammered a taxi at the same time as you jumped over it and fuel leaked around them and you shot the shit out of the taxi blowing it, then and the fuel truck up." I gave them the byplay of what happened in the movie hoping they could repeat it.

"Alex go hide for now before they see you, out of sight, we will draw them to there together, far enough not to get in crossfire darlin." Ada ordered quickly with Alice looking curiously at her but quickly nodding. I'm guessing neither of them probably wanted to lose their ride out of this shithole. Or their informant, information makes life easier after all.

It wasn't really a difficult concept, the plan was pretty simple after all. Get the big bastards together with their acrobatic bullshittery and then run together to the same place with both of them following.

Ada and Alice literally hopped over the taxi at the same time while the hammer swinging asshole swung down missing them and nailing the taxi, practically flattening it. As they lifted it off they both shot a shit ton of bullets from a couple dozen feet away until it went boom. I watched all of this from under the bus that Ada didn't go in before crawling out and running to them both.

I couldn't help it for a moment, I had a fan girl moment I think… "Ok that was pretty badass ladies!" I almost giggled but I refrained from doing so… if barely. I also handed out fresh magazines to Ada as Alice had a few still. I guess I'm the Ammo bitch today which I was completely fine with.

Unfortunately this was over or maybe it was fortunately. Monsters dead but I'm sprinting again so it's 50/50 I guess.

It didn't take long to get where we need to be, we crossed a holographic barrier or whatever it was, in the shape of clouds. Umbrellas tech was really funky and advanced, it was quite disconcerting.

"Should be that two story house on the left, kid was watching through the window, she considered you her mother Alice so you should probably deal with her. Also in the pink bedroom there is one of the mutants or zombies or whatever you call them in the closet for whatever reason." They moved quickly in to the house and moving up the stairs while I grabbed the kids clothes. Boots, jacket and whatever else I found that she needed. It wasn't long before there were gunshots upstairs.

Alice practically sprinted down the stairs with a little girl attached to her like a koala. Alice but her down so the little girl could put on the jacket as Ada also came down a few seconds later. "Any issues?" She just shook her head no, ready to be gone from here already.

Alice opened the door slowly checking for people and it was still deserted so we were ahead of anyone chasing us so we made like the wind and bounced.

We did eventually find a car from on the block and gunned it to where we needed to be, the subway, it was only about a two minute or so drive but it would have taken significantly longer to walk.

It was an amusing contrast to see the 'good Rain' compared to the one working for umbrella. She was amusingly kind and sweet compared to the hard ass from the first movie or the bitch from the current. Either way it didn't matter it was time to enact the plan.

"It's time if we are still doing this?" Ada and Alice looked at each other uncertainly for a moment. "Should I stay with her and help, would that end things better in our favor?" Ada asked in uncertainty but selflessly. She could literally leave now and go to what could be considered paradise compared to what existed in this world right now but would stay if needed.

She was looking between both me and Alice as she asked but I didn't have much input I could add. I'm no tactician… all I could do was tell them what I knew of the plot. I sighed.

"I honestly don't know, you could make things better or somehow make it worse, I'm no tactician really. You being there could change the enemies choices at minimum or you could end the fight quicker, this is honestly up to the two of you but there is a good chance most of you will die fighting Jill, the other Rain and whatever goons she has left, if any.

Alice originally almost died by getting hit so hard her heart stopped for a moment or so. Other did die that way.

Either way no matter what you decide, I will try to hold the door open so to speak while taking these two home with me. But I honestly need y'all's badassery because I have no clue how to go about making new identities for them or anything of that nature. The last part of the issue is if the portal closes I don't even know if I can come back to this world at all…. Much less if I can keep it open once I step through." I honestly didn't want to lose either of them but I would respect their decisions as it was their lives on the line.

"If the infiltration team survives can they also come? One of them is Alice's old friend." Alice was slightly surprised at that. "Who?" She asked curious.

"Luther West if I'm not mistaken, and yes I don't mind as long as they don't try to do anything crazy. My world isn't apocalyptic so I'd like to keep on the down low for a while for obvious reason and there is at least one agency with literal super spies in it.

Alice quickly agreed. Looked to Ada. "We will control whoever comes to your world and home, you have our word, I promise that." She looked at Ada again who nodded quickly. "We would like to also reiterate that we agree to… look after you, both on adventures and not, as best we can. Please get these two to our hopefully future home if this works." Alice told me with a quick wink. I was honestly surprised when Ada actually walked up to me and gave me a really tight hug and a kiss on the cheek. "Thank you Alex, even if this does not work, for trying." All I could honestly think about were her large and bountiful tits squishing hard against my body at the moment and I just nodded dumbly.
