127 You are mine

Zara's hands itched to touch him and she slowly moved it up to caress his cheek, sending shivers down his spine. His eyes closed, as if the effort to keep them open was unbearable. 

Her thumb moved up to shape the outline of his lower lip and he gasped. The soft pad of her thumb grazed his full lips, making them tremble. She owned him in that moment and could have carved her name on his heart, on every inch of his skin.

Little did she know, that he had already done the hard work for her. There had been a different name, a different person he belonged to, some years ago. It had taken several years before he could give his heart again to someone.

When others were around, he could shoot up his defenses and pretend that he didn't care. He couldn't be cold to her when she was in his embrace and touching his lips. Even the son of a demon was weak in front of his heart.
