93 The rescue

Zara fell flat on the cold floor, her nose hitting the tiles as her hands and legs splayed weirdly to avoid the fall.

She got up quickly and waved his hands at him urgently "Off you go, shoo"

Ryan chuckled, moving his hand through his hair "Are you okay?"

"Yes, I am" Zara whisper-yelled. "Now, just leave before mom comes here, go, go"

Ryan raised his hands in mock frustration "I am going, girl"

Zara turned back to check on her mother, she heard her voice calm down a little to see that her daughter wasn't kidnapped by someone. 

He backed away a few steps before winking at her. 

Zara's eyes went round as saucers at that and he gave her his dimpled smile before running off to his car and driving away.

After ensuring that he had left, Zara closed the windows and quickly slept in the bed, pulling up the covers all the way up above her head. She had to pretend to be asleep and she was anything but asleep at the moment.
