Zara's heart broke to see Ryan like that. Never in her worst imaginations, would she have thought that he could be so naive and timid? To her, he had always been brave, cocky, and confident. Seeing, him like this surprised her as well as made her pity him.

Without giving it a second thought, she walked out of her hiding spot and went straight towards him.

As gasps of horror were uttered from every single person present there, Zara ignored all of them and reached Ryan. She bent to pick the rather heavy bag from the floor and placed it aside.
