102 Last Breath?

The boys shifted from one foot to the other uncomfortably, as the healer gently pried Zara's mouth open. She warned Alice "Don't leave her hand, no matter what."

Alice nodded and made her grip firm on Zara's pale-looking hand. As soon as the first drop of liquid touched Zara's lips, her fingers moved. The healer continued pouring the liquid into Zara's mouth and she began to squirm. Oddly, the liquid turned into vapors as soon as it touched human skin and Zara breathed in all of it. 

The vapors had an odd smell to them. They smelled of herbs and potions and green foliage mixed with something delectable. It was rumored that the vapor smelt different to different people, depending upon what they liked the most in real life.
