They were only some 100 odd blood vials, each containing only a drop or two of his blood but extremely potent. The one who would drink the blood could summon him if it was consumed without Arrog's knowledge.

That was the reason, Arrog was extremely careful when it came to those vials. So, it either meant there was a mole or that someone was watching him like a hawk, prying on his secrets and trying to dethrone him from his position of the number one prince of hell.
