19 FOREST

"So what if he found out... it's not like he could touch us, there is a law that binds us to remember " The Crystal humanoid said with a smirk.

Kuro grinned angrily as he heard it, his shadow that was occupying the room grew larger and the light almost faded, the spirit of life immediately took action from the orb of light single large claws emerge and with it the intense shadow inside the room is subdued to an extent that gives equilibrium.

"Stop it, " the spirit of life said.

"Tsk...We all had an agreement, and you've crossed the line elementals," Kuro said as he looks down dominantly at the four elements. "I'm the only one who is allowed to touch my human"

* I can't believe I called Rustain my human hehe* Kuro giggled inside his mind.

The elements felt the bloodlust coming from Kuro and can only swallow up their saliva in hoping that Kuro would not ignore thaws that restrained them, but one element stood up and broke the intense atmosphere around them.

"Possessive now eh? Well, we are not the ones who pushed him off the cliff, even if he had the blessing--" the fire humanoid said sarcastically.

"Shut your crap Blaze, the spirit of fire. You know that's just an excuse for you wanting to meddle right into my business and you know well that what I did was just out of side effects, just like what Bái, the spirit of life is doing." Kuro pointed at the Spirit of life Bái who acted supper bored and lazy even to move an inch. " after the fight 2000 years--"

"Shut up Kuro, I will not hear another of your history lec-- AH!!?" The Crystal humanoid said to Kuro annoyingly but for some reason out of nowhere metal chains abruptly appeared and circled their way to the Crystal humanoid and released strong energy that gave the chained elemental immense pain. "AHHH!!"

More metal chains appeared when the crystal humanoid resisted it, and much more pain to the point that the external features of the humanoid corroded slowly.

The other elementals only averted their gaze away from what's happening as they can't do anything but watch.

"Seeing it disgust me those hypocrites, self-proclaimed gods that chains will appear if we don't follow their rules, and one of it is after we call other spirits names we need to say their type." The humanoid that is made out of lightning said. "Very impractical"

"After we're tricked 2000 years ago by those humans and they become some kind of deity of some kind just to curse us and take our bodies they---" the Water humanoid said but it was cut off by Kuro with a domineering tone.

"Stop now!! water really does retain memories but since I have already placed my warnings to you elementals, I'll leave now, don't touch my contractor again!! This is my last warning or I won't care about the consequences of the laws" Kuro said and vanished from the shadows as if he was swallowed by the darkness itself, and so as the shadow that occupied the room left along with Kuro.

"Well now that ends our session guys" the light spirits emitted the sound out of the light orb it's in.

At the third realm where Rustain fell in the middle of the forest, he and Sei decided to go into the forest to gather firewood for dinner after they had their breakfast Sei even offered to go hunting for wild boars Rustain was hesitant at first but gave in with Sei's plea probably for the fact that she may be already bored hunting alone she used he secrets technique to convince Rustain.

*I can't believe I was dragged along, didn't imagine she could make a face so convincingly cute, God I want to protect her* Rustain said as he followed Sei into the forest.

Deep into the forest Sei led the way on finding some firewood as well as the hunting grounds, Rustain on the other hand was the one who carried the firewood.

Sei wore leather boots, and a little bit of tattered pants and shirt. The sharp knife she is holding in her hands swings endlessly and cuts the branches effortlessly.

Rustian carried with him a basket on his back with dry woods and kindlings, his clothes just similar to Sei but brownish and only wore wooden sleepers.

* Sei is very well versed about the forest, she even warned me immediately about a poisonous flower that I was about to step into and the way she swings her knife it cuts the branches like butter. I wonder how long had they been living here* Rustain thought.

"Um.. what are you staring at? Is there a problem?" Sei asked and looked at Rustain innocently.

"Nothing I was just wondering how long you had been living in the forest with sir. I mean grandpa" Rustain explained.

"Oh. It's about four years now, we were actually living in a Village six mountains away from here if you headed west it's called Titou. But things led to another and somehow we settled here, grandpa decided to stay here we have our reasons" Sei said.

"Is that so, I guess it's not new for you to use a knife in that way" Rustain said embarrassedly.

"Oh you mean my knife skills, it's pretty common actually in the village where we used to live it's like basic skills," Sei explains to Rustain who looked shocked.

"So you just picked it up---" Sei suddenly closed Rustain's mouth with her hands and made a hush sign with the other.

"Shhh... Can't you hear that it's a boar nearby" Sei said she giggled with excitement and as Rustain calmed down he then also heard a rustling sound in a bush nearby? "Now just watch me and be silent,"

Sei walked slowly towards the bush, like a professional killer you can't hear a single sound out of Sei's feet the piercing eyes she had were like a hawk locking its prey making sure it won't get away. Sei slowly raised her knife and immediately threw it into the direction of where the rustling sound came from and like she said a sound of a boar suddenly was heard and out of bushes was the boar walking unoriented and a knife on its forehead it fell into the ground not soon after.

"Wow..one shot one kills you so cool," Rustain said in amazement.

"Cool?? Why am I cold?" Sei did not understand what Rustain meant.

"Hahaha don't mind me I was just amazed by how you easily hunted it down" Rustain explained he then walked closer to Sei and noticed giant claw marks on one of the trees nearby where Sei hunted the boar. "Sei? What animal would be so big to have claw marks like that?"

As Rustain pointed it out Sei's eyes wide in shock, she then bit her lips and slightly panicked.

" Let's leave quickly, it's not anymore safe to hunt in this part of the forest it's been marked," Sei said nervously she then carried the boat effortlessly on her back and started to walk back from where they've come.

" You know I still can't stop myself from being amazed because of how strong you are," Rustain said and followed Sei not soon after, he took at the marks he saw one last time and shook his head thinking it's just nothing.

"What are you doing, let's go, big brother," Sei said Jolly.

" Okay okay, I'm just checking the place by the way how come you don't get too embarrassed in calling me big brother," Rustain said jogging his way as he catches up to Sei.

"Just don't think about it too much, now let's just go back immediately I'm starving," Sei said.

"Fine, fine, by the way, do you want to eat some of my stew specialty? I checked your condemned earlier and it has the basic thing I need, think of it as introducing myself again" Rustain warmly said.

(Stomach growling)

"Then I'll look forward to it," Sei said embarrassedly.

Deep into the forest not a moment had gone by and a large piercing green eye gave a gaze to the direction of Rustain and a small but fierce growl can be heard.
