Trevon went the next day happily. He had tried to find Luna again, yet he couldn't. The staffs still told him that the girl really had gone from the city. While the coin exchange shop also was being renovated. Therefore, he couldn't meet the sexy receptionist.

He continued to feed Nana and the small rabbinks, trained some friendly fruit merchants, took; no, purchased some treasures on the street at a low price, visited new restaurants, and did table pointing missions with the kids in the gallery.

Trevon got a 1.235 spirit stone leftover from the odds manipulating. He decided to give one spirit stones as a reward for those kids. This cut his money to less than two thousand and five hundred spirit stones.

The day after wasn't too much different. Redwood family was still in discussion with his family about the arena reward. No family could pay over six billion spirit stones directly. No one had that much luck to win twelve times in a row. After all, the arena would play their tricks when the bet became too big.

Two days later, Trevon with his bodyguards appeared in the field next to the McArthur Redwood Hall. Hendrik and some staffs already prepared the recruitment location.

"This is your table, Young Master Trevon. You only need to write the candidates' basic information." Hendrik explained to Trevon.

"Fine." Trevon answered before he turned his body to Jonathan.

"Jonathan, move this table closer to the entrance!" Trevon ordered Jonathan.

"Yes, Young Master." Jonathan quickly took the table. It wasn't hard with his big body and his status as a cultivator.

The other staffs smiled at Trevon's action.

One of them whispered the others. "Does young master want to get more attention? Being that close would make people come to his table first. He would surrender before the afternoon."

"You don't know he is a Beginner Rank 1 warrior. He is called Gold Hand Trevon, remember? Those papers and pen would be soft in his hand."

"Hahahaha." His friend laughed.

"Do not laugh at him! He made a huge contribution to the family yesterday! My wife's brother's son's neighbor saw him made a huge win in the Redwood family's arena. They were in a huge debt to him." One of the staffs defended Trevon. Based on the pattern this was the gossiper planted by Master Rabbink.

"I heard he forced false accuser to make a vow to a God. You should be careful with your mouth if you don't want a Heavenly Tribulation on your head!"

"I heard Angus Rio, the famous warrior was found dead in his home yesterday. This is a new gossip from a merchant that I know." Another employee added the gossip.

"I have to be careful gossiping this young master." Another staff gulped. What if he was forced to swear under a God's name. His face turned pale.

"Yes. You should hear his new title, Tribulation Calling Trevon. You should be careful." Another staff felt cold sweats when he said the nickname.

They continued to gossip turned Trevon into dangerous monster. Meanwhile Trevon, the object of their gossips took a large paper. He wrote something on it.

Thirty minutes later, some people started to wait outside the large field. The family had arranged an entrance for the applicants. Trevon's table was the closest to the entrance.

Hendrik intentionally let Trevon moved his table. He wanted Trevon to know the burden of writing information. [He will surrender soon.]

"Dong..." A Gong was hit using a mallet. This signified that the administration would be started.

Trevon turned his big paper.

"If I write your information, I will give you a spirit stone." The first person on the line read the paper.

[Is this real?] He asked himself.

Hendrik was surprised. [Young Master won lots of money yesterday. Isn't it too high-profile to spend it this way?] He also had heard Trevon winning streak.

The first person quickly arrived in front of Trevon's table.

[Potential: 0/0]

Trevon just pointed his hand to the rest of the table.

"Hey! I want to register on this table." The person wanted the spirit stones. He tried to force this young employee.

Trevon looked to Jack and the rest of his bodyguards. They took their weapons out.

"I am sorry." The person saw the big Jack and Jonathan. [He is not a young staff. It is over.] He quickly ran from the field.

"Next!" Trevon still stayed on his table. [Should I call Aya to feed me some fruits?] The young master didn't plan to work hard. [That is the duty of other staffs. I am the young master. Only people who could become a cultivator worth my time. Hahaha.]

Luckily, Hendrik couldn't hear Trevon's thought of calling his maid, Aya or he would need some calming tea.

The second person came.

[Potential: 0/0] Trevon didn't bother with saying next. He pointed to the other tables.

...

Then came the third, the fourth, the fifth, ...

...

...

[Potential: 0/0]

[It isn't easy to find a potential warrior.] Trevon had watched the street for a long time and he rarely found someone who could become cultivator.

He used his 'Job Quest Mode Using' skill to check his current job missions.

[Lv 3 Job Mission: Recruit 5 people with talents at least 51 to your organization.]

[Lv 1 Job Mission: Recruit a person with talent at least 25 to your organization.]

[Lv 1 Job Mission: Recruit a person to your personal squad.]

[The first mission is hard.] Trevon wanted to complain.

Master Rabbink knew about that. "You are correct. Gwahahaha. Do not worry! Good luck!" The Rabbink still took some wings from God knew where.

[What?] Trevon felt the Rabbink was irreponsible.

"Next person!" Trevon shouted after he pointed another test participant into the other tables.

[Potential: 0/0]

[Potential: 0/0]

[Potential: 0/0]

[Some people who need to face danger before becoming a cultivator.] Trevon thought. [This is fun to judge people. Hahaha. I like this job.] The young master started to like his profession.

It had been ten minutes and Trevon hadn't written anything. Hendrik could do nothing to Trevon.

Trevon had a higher position in the family based on his bloodline. He also made a huge contribution yesterday. Therefore, Hendrik pretended to close his eyes.

[Potential: 0/16]

"Wait! You can register here!" Trevon pointed to a young man.

[Name: Maleo]

[Age: 16 Years]

[Sex: Male]

[Species: Human]

[Potential: 0/26]

[Determination: 58]

[Cultivation Speed: 61]

[Loyalty: 75]

[Talent: Talking, Running]

[Ability: -]

"Yes, Sir." The young teenager said in a high spirit. He knew he could get a spirit stone.

"Your name?" Trevon did it half-hearted.

"Mike, Sir."

[...] Trevon almost wrote Maleo. [Aren't you Maleo?]

"What?" Trevon shouted to the kid.

"Mike, Sir..." The man felt something wrong.

"Jerry, check this man!" Trevon didn't want to hire someone with a questionable name. He had learned the problem with Lucio and Lucia. [What if he attacked me again?]

"Yes, Young Master!" Jerry answered Trevon before looked into the young teen. "Follow me! We have extra questions."

The man was taken by Trevon's bodyguards. Trevon continued to see the people queued on his table. All participants tried their luck on Trevon's table. One spirit stone was a very big money for common people.

[Potential: 0/0]

[Potential: 0/0]

[Potential: 0/12]

"Wait!" Trevon found someone who could become a cultivator. He wrote the person's identities and gave him a spirit stone. Finally, people saw someone got a spirit stone. This made more people joined the queue.

[At least, he wrote a name.] Hendrik thought. He went to check what Trevon's bodyguards did to the applicants.

Luckily, the man confessed to Jerry. The young teenager just made a fake background. He wanted to look cool using a new name. Maleo finally also being accepted by Trevon. The young man could become a cultivator.

[He could find people with a fake name?] Hendrik was a bit surprised with the Trevon.

Trevon continued to pass other candidates. It isn't easy to find a cultivator in a human civilization.

"Hm...!" Another talented person appeared.

[Name: Gabby]

[Age: 17 Years]

[Sex: Male]

[Species: Human]

[Potential: 0/32]

[Determination: 38]

[Cultivation Speed: 77]

[Loyalty: 65]

[Talent: Drinking, Fighting - Sword]

[Ability: -]

"Your name?"

"Gabby, Sir."

"Birthplace?"

"Birdwell, Redwood, Sir."

"Birdwell?"

"It is a small village near Redwood." The man explained.

"Good."

Trevon continued to write basic information. "Stand behind me with the previous person." Trevon gave a spirit stone to the young man. Trevon was even younger than those men, but he acted like he was older.

The talented youngster was very happy and bowed multiple times to Trevon. He took the spirit stones into his robe and waited with the other people behind Trevon's table.

[Eh? Why I didn't get the reward?] Trevon complained to the Rabbink. He had recruited a person with talent above twenty-five.

"You haven't completed the recruitment procedure. This couldn't be counted."

[Fine.] Trevon could wait for one more day. Redwood family had taught him to be patient. [Gr...] He felt angry again with the family, his money hadn't been given.]

Trevon put another spirit stone on the table. People didn't want to go to another table before getting their chance on Trevon's table. The young master skipped many people. However, one person didn't queue on his table.

[Name: Leen Redwood]

[Age: 19 Years]

[Sex: Male]

[Species: Human]

[Potential: 3/18]

[Determination: 46]

[Cultivation Speed: 47]

[Loyalty: 86]

[Talent: Talking, Fighting - Saber]

[Ability: Flame Punch (Man), 100 Body Tempering (Man)]

"Stop!" Trevon pointed to the person who passed his table.

"Jack, grab him for me!" Trevon wanted to use his position. He had a feud with this family. The young master only wanted some money, but the Redwood family made it hard. They actually only needed to pay him one million spirit stones, but they delayed it until his grandmother and even the Rabbink involved. That turned a one-million compensation into a six billion spirit stones disaster for the family.

Jack blocked the person.

"What is wrong, Sir?" The young Redwood member pretended to confused.

"Who is your name?" Jack asked.

"Leonard, Sir!"

"Punch him! He missed my table. He shows a disrespect to this young master!" Trevon made some excuses.

Jack wasn't a person with many words. He started to punch the person. That was the order of his young master.

"What is this, Young Master?" Hendrik was desperate. Trevon made some troubles in this recruitment. The family needed some fresh people since they were short-handed. Yet, this would make people afraid to register. [This is the death of me.]

"This guy is suspicious." Trevon said.

"What do you mean, Young Master?"

"If uncle Hendrik is a common person. Would you miss the chance to get this spirit stone?" Trevon asked Hendrik.

Hendrik wasn't stupid. [There is something wrong with this applicant.]

"I think I have seen this person in a banquet. I believe his name..." Trevon pretended to remember something. He looked into the sky while touching his chin. Cultivator had a better memory than common people.

"Leen. Yes, he should be a member of a big family in Redwood. I don't like his face so I remember him."

Leen Redwood wanted to cry. He swore he hadn't attended any banquet or party. No spies would involve in the public event. The young man would be punished both by the McArthur family and his own family after this. [How could he know my name? Those old geezers wouldn't believe my excuse with this young master even remember my name.]

Hendrik couldn't believe that. [This young master has just arrived in Redwood. How could he know a member of other families?] Hendrik still took some securities to check the man. Jack already gave some punishments to the person.

Trevon knew for other cultivators one spirit stone was something ordinary. Rather than queuing a long line in front of Trevon's table, they preferred to go to other tables. Nevertheless, no common people would do that.

However, Leen Redwood wasn't the last one. The later spies were smarter and also queued in Trevon's table. Yet, Trevon had been a famous for his unreasonable behavior. He used various reasons for his bodyguards to punch and questioned those spies. Hendrik took them for extra questioning. The cheating recruiter could find them easily thanks to his [Name] panel.

[Being a God is good.] Trevon started to feel the benefit of having a cheat like the heroes in the novels that he had read.

Trevon knew he missed spies who weren't born from the cultivator family. Nevertheless, he trusted his family also had their method to check their employees. A great family wasn't only a title. The contract was the easiest method to ensure a certain level of secrecy.

Trevon continued his relaxing job. He took a few young and old applicants until he met a young man.

[Name: Marcus Isleland]

[Age: 15 Years]

[Sex: Male]

[Species: Human]

[Potential: 0/68]

[Determination: 76]

[Cultivation Speed: 61]

[Loyalty: 62]

[Talent: Climbing, Jumping, Fighting - Saber]

[Ability: -]

[Another mole?] Trevon saw the kid. He was a common kid with black hair and pale skin. His biggest feature was his very sharp eyes and slightly handsome face.

"Kevin, I don't like this kid's face. Punch him!" Trevon said easily. It wasn't hard for Kevin to disable the kid. He brought him back to do his young master's order.

"Gwah! What are you doing?!" Master Rabbink shouted.

[What's wrong again?] Hendrik came to Trevon's table again. Since Trevon just passed people, the other tables were busier. Nevertheless, Trevon had managed to find some spies and punched them. [Another spy?]

"Why did you punch him, Young Master?" Hendrik asked.

"I have seen his face in a banquet." Trevon used his excuse.

"You haven't. This Rabbink is sure of that." Master Rabbink said.

"I swear! I have never been to any banquet, Young Master." The young man cried. While Kevin didn't use spiritual energy, that would be enough for non-cultivator to feel pain.

[Eh? Why did you defend him?] Trevon thought. The Rabbink was busy with its small tablet.

"Uncle, have you heard Isleland family?" Trevon asked.

"Yes, they were a very small family in a village north of Redwood. They are barely counted as a cultivator family."

"What? Stop it, Kevin!" Trevon ran into the young man. He was full bruised being punched by a cultivator.

Kevin finally stopped his punching.

"Who are you?" Trevon asked.

"Marcus, Young Master." Marcus knew who he faced. He already got some hits from a bodyguard.

"Your full name?" Trevon probed further.

"Marcus Isleland."

"Why do you come here?"

"I want to find a job, Sir."

"Aren't you a member of Isleland family?" This time Hendrik joined the interview.

"I am just a branch member, Sir. I am only a farmer in my village." He answered.

"We don't accept a member from cultivation family who wasn't from a vassal family." Hendrik said. He intentionally spoke loudly. "We have written that in the poster."

"I don't know, Sir. I only passed this street when I saw people gathering. I am looking for a job so I followed the queue."

While Hendrik was talking with Marcus. Master Rabbink took a tofu and come to Trevon. It had finished talking with other clones in Discord. They had agreed Trevon should be given a tofu slap.

[Hey! Stop! What's wrong Rabbink?] He saw the Rabbink took a tofu and floated close to him.

"It is you who are wrong! This Rabbink had tried to help you. The mission is a bit too hard, so the Master Rabbink Council had approved me to help you a bit. I intentionally called him so you could recruit him. I even put some dangers to make he changed his destiny. Yet, you directly punched him. I don't know how long this Rabbink's hair would turn all white with you. I have the permission to smash you with this tofu once."

Trevon saw the white Rabbink. [You are all white.]

"I was slightly less white before! This is because of you. You are too stressful for me. Accept this tofu!" It raised the tofu.

[Hey! Stop! I can handle this!] Trevon was afraid. [That tofu might be uncommon.]

Hendrik called some guards to take Marcus out. While the family needed some able bodies, the most important factor was their background. Someone from other families was difficult to be trusted. Even when the Isleland family couldn't participate in Redwood politics, he must be fair to recruitment rules.

"Wait!" Trevon suddenly ran to the Marcus. Some family guards escorted him outside the field.

"Eh?" Everyone surprised. This young master had just stopped him from getting more punch and yet this time he prevented him from leaving. [Does he want to punish the man more?] Even Marcus felt some extra pain in his bruised face.

"I saw your hard-working face. It is unfair, if you didn't get the chance. Follow me to the table!" Trevon grabbed the man's robe and pulled him to his table.

[Eh?] Everyone was surprised. This young master changed his character a lot. He just ordered the punch for the young man, but suddenly wanted to recruit him.

"Young Master, we couldn't change the requirements. Why did you take him?" Hendrik reminded Trevon. It would be bad if people heard their young master suddenly changed the rules.

"Oh! I saw his hard-working face. I want to help him. I won't change the recruitment rule."

Everybody near Trevon heard that. [This young master had just ordered somebody to punch the kid because of his face. Does he have some fetish with the bruised face?] Some people planned to punch their own face to get that one spirit stone.

"Yes." Hendrik was strict with the rule. This was why he could get Charles's trust.

"Fine. I will open a recruitment in my private squad. You are lucky. After you passed your background check, you could become a member of my private squad." Trevon congratulated the man.

"Jerry! I want you to check this kid background." Trevon ordered. He forgot he was even younger than the young man. Yet, he asked Jerry to check the kid.

"Yes, Young Master."

While most participants were jealous, Trevon's bodyguards didn't. They patted Marcus on his back and whispered. "Good Luck! You will need it."

Jonathan especially happy with another person in the private squad. "Young Brother, we will need to help each other."

Marcus didn't know whether he should be happy or not. He just came and was punched by a powerful cultivator. Yet the same young master who ordered his beating also accepted him to his private squad.

Trevon continued his administration duty without much problem. He saw some good candidates, which he stopped.

Other than those, he got three other people from Master Rabbink. They were Noah, Omar, and Piero. He offered all three to join his personal squad. Nobody could reject him.

The young master used whip and carrot method. He promised cultivation technique and their cultivation resources. Meanwhile, the big Jonathan and Jack blocked the exit. All agreed to become his private squad's member.

Trevon felt proud seeing the three people. He used his Scout skill to check those people again.

The first one was Noah. He was a small person with black hair, sun-kissed skin, and a pair of bright eyes. With a smile that always adorned his face. Noah came from a small village near Redwood.

He was walking around when he saw the recruitment. The young man wanted the chance to get a job with a great family like McArthur. Noah couldn't imagine he caught the eyes of a McArthur young master.

[Name: Noah]

[Age: 18 Years]

[Sex: Male]

[Species: Human]

[Potential: 0/53]

[Determination: 86]

[Cultivation Speed: 41]

[Loyalty: 76]

[Talent: Playing – Qin, Fighting - Spear]

[Ability: -]

The second one was Omar. Similar to Noah, he came from a small village near Redwood. His friend suddenly asked him to visit this way. Both saw the recruitment and wanted to try their luck. His friend was unlucky with Trevon, nevertheless Omar got the jackpot. In his village, Omar was the strongest. Even compared with Jack and Jonathan, Omar was bigger than them.

[Name: Omar]

[Age: 18 Years]

[Sex: Male]

[Species: Human]

[Potential: 0/56]

[Determination: 74]

[Cultivation Speed: 65]

[Loyalty: 86]

[Talent: Inscription, Cooking]

[Ability: -]

Trevon wouldn't believe he had a potential to become an inscription master. Yet, that was his Scout skill showed him. [I will make him my personal inscription master.] Trevon decided.

The last was Piero. Piero was a young hunter who was buying some supplies and selling his hunt in Redwood. He was passing the street and saw the recruitment. Therefore, he decided to try the job. The man bragged that he was famous with the ladies in his village.

[Name: Piero]

[Age: 21 Years]

[Sex: Male]

[Species: Human]

[Potential: 0/58]

[Determination: 96]

[Cultivation Speed: 88]

[Loyalty: 72]

[Talent: Eating, Talking, Seducing, Fighting - Hand]

[Ability: -]

Nevertheless, the slim Piero had a talent for eating. It was strange. The other who Trevon knew had a talent for eating was Nana. Trevon was a bit afraid of his eating capability would cost him huge money. He had Nana and the Rabbink around him. He had to make sure that he would only supply standard food for Piero.

All had the same background as a native villager around Redwood. Most also worked as a hunter or a farmer in the village. All were unmarried. The bad part was that all were male. Trevon didn't like the bad part, but no female applied to become a common guard. It was very unpopular with the female.

Trevon waited until the end of the line, yet he didn't find another one with high potential. [Is that it Rabbink? I need one more for the mission.]

"Do you think it is easy to find talented people? I need to scout the entire region for a possible candidate. This Rabbink even made some change to their destinies. You are lucky this Rabbink helped you." Master Rabbink looked tired. It was only a part of its main body. Although Master Rabbink could find a few more people if it was only just the talent, Master Rabbink also helped to do the background check first. It couldn't vouch for the wrong people.

[Thank you then.] Trevon almost wanted to complain more. He saw Master Rabbink annoyed face. The young master was afraid of the tofu.

"Hmph... Take me to a delicious restaurant if you want to please this Rabbink!" Master Rabbink floated to Trevon's table.

It was already lunchtime when the registration complete. These candidates would be further selected in several tests.

[Well, it is time to eat. I will treat you. Hahaha.] Trevon felt happy with this many high-ranking people knocked on his door. He really hoped the Rabbink gave more wrong missions.

"Ok! People who had received a spirit stone from me. You will have another chance to get an extra spirit stone." Trevon announced. He had 112 people, including those three waiting behind him. Trevon only registered everyone who had a potential to become a cultivator.

"I hope everyone here could pass the final test." Trevon declared. "I will give an extra spirit stone in the final test."

Hendrik was speechless with this young master's extravagant style.

Trevon went to Hendrik and sent his report. [Uncle, I want this Noah, Omar, and Piero. I will take them to my personal squad. The rest were people with the talent to become a cultivator. I believe Uncle has the method to check their background first.] He talked using spiritual sense.

Hendrik felt shocked to receive Trevon's papers. Trevon had found over a hundred potential cultivators on a guard test. That was unheard. He needed to talk about this with Charles.

[How do you know, Young Master?] Hendrik didn't see Trevon used an artifact or made some test. The artifact was very expensive. Hendrik only had heard about it, while the test would require a spirit stone. The cost was the reason why not many people could be tested.

"I am the number one recruiter. Of course, I know. Hahaha." Trevon acted cool. He took his favorite fan and fanned himself. This time Trevon didn't use spiritual sense.

People heard Trevon's bragging. While it was true, with a slice of Real God power. Everybody felt this was another spoiled young master.

Noah, Omar, and Pietro started to feel some regrets. Yet they believed becoming a spoiled young master's private squad member was better than being a farmer or hunter in their village. Especially, since Trevon had promised to train them into a cultivator. They would never forget this day, the day they leaped the dragon gate.

Trevon took Master Rabbink to a famous restaurant near the field. He had done his job today. The recruitment test would be continued tomorrow.
