88 Chapter 88: Junior Detective Squad
Seiya led Haibara Rai and Ai towards the kid's clothing area, he ask them to pick the clothes they want. The sales lady respectfully showed the girls the best dress in the shop as she saw the brands that Seiya was wearing which was expensive since they were the clothes that Ayako and Tomoko selected for him. Seiya followed the girls as they selected cute little kid skirts and shirts. Meanwhile Ayumi Yoshida who was with the Junior Detective Squad suddenly felt something wrong, she couldn't help but point out to the mall as she said.
"I think we can find our clue here!"
"really?"
Conan was a bit doubtful about Ayumi's feeling, since this was not the first they she did this. Everytime she pointed somewhere. There will always be a clue to their investigation or adventure, Ayumi Yoshida nodded as her expression was so serious that her voice spoke in a deep tone.
"I don't think my feeling is wrong."
Genta and Mitsuhiko had no opinion as the junior detective squad was on their way to find their next clue. Seiya didn't know that Ayumi seem to have a supernatural radar that can sense him, he was currently holding a few bags filled with girl's clothing as he watch the two sister open the dress room and let him see the result of the next dress. Seiya was surprise as he said.
"It looks cute on you guys, we will buy it!"
Seiya seem to have turned on his father mode as he urge them to dress up, Haibara Rai wasn't very shy as she just dress up obediently. But Haibara Ai had red ears as she dress up into another one, her feeling was like letting your crush see you dress up. After buying a few more clothes, Seiya led the Haibara sister to a family restaurant as he heard their tummies growl which made him chuckle while Haibara Ai blushes even further. It was a coincidence when Ayumi and the gang met them in the elevator. Ayumi immediately hugged Seiya's leg as she said with a smile.
"Big brother! Your here!"
"Ayumi, Conan, Genta and Mitsuhiko, what are you guys doing here?"
"Big brother Seiya, we found another treasure map!"
Ayumi immediately said what they were doing as Mitsuhiko showed him the map, Haibara Ai didn't know why but she felt uncomfortable seeing Ayumi hug Seiya's leg, Haibara Rai didn't know when but she suddenly whispered into Ai's ear.
"Jealous?"
"Um....No!"
Haibara Ai blushes as she immediately denied her sister's teasing look, Ayumi only noticed the two which made her ask with a uncomfortable heart.
"Big brother who are they?"
"They are my little sisters that came over from the states, I am planning to enroll them into your school so please help them make friends. I'm worried that the bear kids inside your school might bully them."
"Leave it to me!"
Ayumi pat her chest as she seem to feel like this was taking care of her in laws. While in Haibara Ai and Rai's perspective, it looks like a cute girl trying to be an adult which made them feel a little laughter and warmness. They seem to not have heard Seiya's statement as Seiya asked.
"Do you guys want to join us eat lunch before continuing on your adventure? Its my treat?"
"Is it okay?"
Mitsuhiko spoke with hesitant as it seems whenever they meet him, he would treat them food and other things which made him guilty for not paying it back. Seiya nodded as he said.
"It's okay, the more the merrier...."
While they followed Seiya onto the family restaurant, Conan seem to feel that Haibara Rai and Ai's identity were not simple. But without evidence, he cannot make an assumption. The waiter led them to a table for 7 as he handed out the menu. Seiya asked.
"What do you guys want to eat?"
"Hmnn... I want a Sukiyaki...." -Ayumi
"There is no eel with rice.....*Sad expression* I will have shrimp tempura with rice!" -Genta
"I want hamburger steak with rice!" -Conan
"I will have tonkatsu with rice." -Mitsuhiko
"We will have Chicken Katsu Curry." -Rai
"Okay, I will also have chicken katsu curry~" -Seiya
"Okay, I have received your orders. It might take 15 to 30 minutes before your food is ready." -Waiter
The waiter took back the menu as he went on to the kitchen and place their orders, meanwhile Mitsuhiko showed them the map they found just like how they got the golden leaf treasure map. Which was blew by the wind, Seiya asked.
"Do you guys think this is a real treasure map?"
"Definitely!" -Genta
"My feeling think it is true!" -Ayumi
"I hope it is true...." -Mitsuhiko
"I don't know...But the drawings in this map is definitely not just simple drawings...."
Conan said this statement with confidence, while Rai and Ai also look at the map. The map only shows a part of tokyo which where they are, and there are some drawings in certain locations. Ai spoke of her thoughts.
"I think that each drawings will lead you to another clue, have you seen or reach into one of the location?"
"Yes, we saw a secret markings inside the playground!" -Mitsuhiko
Seiya who look at the map immediately knew that this was just a fun adventure map for teenagers. Although he hasn't seen any clues or evidence, only the drawings. He has a feeling that the treasure of this map is the adventure and cooperation of the children and also the beautiful sunset which look like a big gold circle. Since there is a sunset drawing at the end of the line. Seiya listened to the conversations of the children without interrupting as he was amuse and amaze on how analytical this children were, of course the two sister and Conan were an exception since the two sister are already an adult while Conan is technically only reaching adulthood. He just put his hand onto his cheek as he stared at the children, he suddenly thought.
'It feels nice to have a kid....'
