15 2-1: Silence

Shaun and Gavin stared at each other. What were they supposed to say? Hello? How have you been? What kind of crazy stuff happened to you? All of those questions would trigger something inside of them, and probably wouldn't end well. There was nothing to say, all the did was stare at each other, until Shaun found the words to say.

"I'm... sorry. This is all my fault... we shouldn't even be here..."

Gavin clenched his fists. E̴̬̜̪̪̬̼͛̇̽̾͌̽̚x̶̨̜̞̦̬͉͖̓͐̍̈́̿̚͠a̶͕͔͚͔̻͒̂͜ͅc̸̙͇̠̗̎̈́̓̓͆̂t̷̪̺̘̯̦̂͑̿̑͗͛̕ĺ̶̖̗̦͖̦̟̮̃͊̆ŷ̴̢̤̠̔ ̴͕̎y̴̡̰͉̤̘̣͈̅̿ǫ̸͓͎̲̬̦̊u̴͈̫̮̒̎ ̵̧͍̦̭̃̐͌̌̃̇̒s̴̛̪͇̠̺̐t̶̨͙̘͑̄͐̌̉́ú̵̡̼̤̘̪̳͚͋͐p̷̳̋̋́į̶̩̐͋̾͂̕d̵̹̱̑ ̷̧̺̱̹̣̊̈́̄͊͜b̷̧̼̻̖̤̹͐̂̽͌i̴͖̓͐͗̓̌́̕t̴̡͕͉͙̂͗͝ç̶̛̛̹̬̹̈́́̉̾͝h̶̨͈̩̠̲̤͊͌͗̓̐ is what Gavin wanted to say, but knowing how kind Shaun was he simply nodded and didn't say a word. He would be spared... for now... He looked to Navio, who was sitting in one of the many pews. "Oh, this is Navio by the way Shaun, he is also travelling this world in search for answers." Shaun looked over into the many pews Gavin was pointing too, but gave a confused look.

"There isn't anyone else in here but us though?"

Gavin was shocked. "This isn't the time to play all funny Shaun." Shaun squeezed his eyes, and looked around, he went and searched under the pews. He came back even more confused and simply raised his arms in confusion. Gavin looked to Navio, who now had a extremely distressed look. "I... I never make it out of this place... I die here." What did he mean he "die here"? Navio tried to leave the cathedral, but some invisible force prevented him from leaving. "Gavin, I don't know how to explain it but when you enter the place that you are going to die in, this world prevents you from leaving it until you actually die... I can't get out... this is how I'm going to end... just like David..."

Gavin was utterly shook by this new information... die? Navio was going to die? Right here? And there was nothing he could do... Shaun waved his hands wildly in front of his face. "Hello? Are we going to keep going?" Gavin fell to his knees next to Navio, and he sat with him. "I just need a little time Shaun..." But Shaun didn't allow this. "Dude, were literally going to die of starvation and you want to sit in a corner and cry? Are you kidding? 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗽𝗶𝗱?!

Those 5 words... they rumbled in Gavin's mind... he was sick and tired of Shaun's shit... first trapping them... ignoring his friend... not caring about his time of mourning? He was done. He wasn't going to play Shaun's little games anymore. "ᴵ'ᵐ ᵍᵒᶦⁿᵍ ᵗᵒ ᵏᶦˡˡ ʸᵒᵘ ᴵ'ᵐ ᵍᵒᶦⁿᵍ ᵗᵒ ᵏᶦˡˡ ʸᵒᵘ I'm going to kill you 𝗜'𝗠 𝗚𝗢𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗢 𝗞𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗬𝗢𝗨¡¿‽" Just then Gavin reached for the closest glass shard and stabbed Shaun. He screamed in agony, but as he was collapsing, he grabbed a shard and stabbed Gavin back, but not with enough force, but he couldn't give up, he said he would never let anyone hurt him ever again. So he stood up. He was gushing blood and he stood up. He was dying and he stood up. And then the final fight commenced.
