10 1B-4: Torn

He had finally defeated it. Hundreds of shards laid on the ground, and even more were inside Gavin's skin, having been stabbed into him with each strike at the beast. He didn't have time to feel bad for it, if it was going to fight him, he was going to fight back. "That was underwhelming, but it will do I guess. Now here is your reward!" Navio handed Gavin a memory. Gavin took a deep breath, and went in.

He woke up behind a middle school, both him and Shaun were there. Gavin was badly hurt. "Why didn't you help me today?" he asked. Shaun replied "Seriously? A boney frail guy like me, help you? I wouldn't have lived through that." After everything he had done for Shaun, and he refused to give him shit.

They both noticed him. "AAH STRANGER DANGER!" Gavin panicked. "Ah wait, I'm not going to hurt you! Just please I need to tell Shaun something really important!" Gavin screamed out "How do you know his name?! Back off! Actually you know what? Kidnap him, as if he helped me." Oh no.

If their friendship deteriorated in the memory, it would deteriorate in real life! But he couldn't fix it right now, the memory was ending soon. With the final seconds in the memory, he told Shaun. "Please, I'm begging you, don't be an idiot, DONT SLEEP ON 10/7/18!"

Slowly he disappeared back into the world of glass.

"Ah, welcome back!" Shit, it wasn't enough, they were to young to remember! "Navio, I need a more recent memory, they're- were not listening to ourselves!" He sighed. "Ugh, you humans always just want that snap ending, why not sit back and relax for a bit, your gonna probably get stuck in here forever, and it's all Shaun's fault."

He was right.

It was all Shaun's fault. He never helped him, he had never paid him back, all he cared about was himself. He was a selfish brat. And Gavin, oh, oh Gavin was going to finally make him pay back.
