" Stop!!!! "

The wind is knocked out of me as l watch the love of my life lay motionless a wooden coffin. How could the lay her to rest without giving me a chance to say goodbye? A million thoughts ran through my mind as l walked to the front of the gravesite.

She was really gone.

How will myself to live?

" Henry " l hear someone call out from behind me " it's time you let her go and carry on with the rest of your life. "

" " nothing comes out.

She was my everything. From the reason l woke up from the reason l rushed home and washed up to eat dinner. My heart started to beat the moment our eyes. She gave my full meaningless life a purpose.

She saw through my meaningless actions. Her eyes were always kind and full of love every time we met. l could lay down my guard around her. She never thought too my burdens and the curse l was forced to live with.

My heart sunk as l watched the coffin slowly lowered to the ground. My mind raced back to the last day l saw her. Those big brown eyes with the long curvy lashes peering out from her heart shaped face. Those full clam shaped lips, that begged to be kissed.

l stared as she danced around our small one room apartment. The classic R&B floated through the air as she hummed along. From the graceful way she swung her round hips and the graceful way she waved her arms fascinated me.

" You're my angel, my darling angel. Girl you are my friend when I'm need. "

Something about those words of that song made my heart break. Trapped in her own little world she danced and cleaned up the kitchen. After a few minutes, our eyes finally met and she came running into our arms. As we hugged l breathed in the sweet smell of Rosemary.

How can she be gone?

" Baby, why are you happy to see me " l teased as l lift her chin so our eyes can meet.

She smiles, " why wouldn't l be happy to see you? l woke up this morning and you had disappeared again. "

My heart flips, " l had to handle something important. Nothing to worry your pretty face about " l smile " l am home now. "

" You said that yesterday! "

" And the day before that...." she frowns and pull free of our embrace " l ain't going beg you for the truth just don't stand here and lie to my face. "

She sighs and goes backing to kitchen and stands in front of the sink staring out the window. How could l tell her what l was out doing? lt would be easier if l was out having an affair at least then l beg for her forgiveness. No, l could not tell her the truth she would never accept who l am.

l smile as l walk behind her wrapping my arms around and whisper into her ear, " sorry. l am free the whole weekend l can take home to visit the city. We can go shopping and my family will be happy to meet you. "

She noddes.

" l missed you " l say into her neck before kissing it. " You are my everything baby, you make me whole. "

Turning about in my arms, she smiles at me " l love you forever Henry. "

" Forever " l questioned raising an eyebrow.

" ln this life and the next one, I will always love you the most. My love for you is endless. "

With those words, our lips met and a chill ran down my back. Slowly, and gently sucking on her lips l eased my tongue in between our mouths. Our tongues danced as they moved between our lips. ln the end, we separated staring at each trying to catch our breath.

She was truly an angel.

As soon as my breathing returned to normal, l swooped her up into my arms carrying her bridal style into the bedroom. We made love into the wee hours of the night as l professed my love with each kiss, caress, and passionate stroke.

Now she's gone.....
