6 Martial aura changing technique

Sitting inside of one of the rooms in Uncle Feng Dai's house with a sound barrier around them, Uncle Feng Dai was surprised at what Ying Yue had said.

"Dear Yue'er. Is it really a good idea to become my disciple? It is well known that I am not the type of person to take on disciples. If I were to do it now wouldn't your brother figure It out? Also, let's say you disguise yourself as a man and changed your appearance into one you would still be discovered because of your martial aura."

"Don't worry Uncle. I've got it all covered. Before my master left me in the forest she taught me a technique to change my appearance and martial aura."

"...You are telling me that a technique to change your martial aura exists? I've been traveling for many years and have never encountered such a technique."

"Uncle. They change their auras. If you ever were to meet someone who knows this technique you would never be able to tell that they have changed their aura."

"But wouldn't the technique be recorded somewhere at least?"

"It's a secret technique only taught by a master to his disciple, Uncle. If it were recorded it wouldn't be a secret technique anymore and it may even be so that it would be more easily discovered if it's existence were to become common knowledge."

"Hmm sounds possible. I understand. So your new found master gave you that technique… Yue'er can't you give it to your uncle?"

Uncle Feng Dai looked at Ying Yue shamelessly as he said that.

"If Uncle can abide to my plan then that should be no problem."

"Understood, your uncle will do his best. There's one small detail left that is a concern to me though."

"What is it Uncle?"

"Ming Hyun Wo from Pleasant Dew Sect and the head nun from the church. They have seen your face right? Wouldn't that be a problem? Aren't you supposed to be the same Jun Che they know?"

"About that Uncle, I need to do secluded indoor cultivation for at least two months. During that two month period I will get back and improve my cultivation and when I come I will disguise myself as a Yun Che that has had a growth spurt. My Yun Che disguise will be a more older version and manly looking compared to my original appearance. You just need to announce Jun Che as your disciple during these two months."

"I see. You have planned out a good scenario. What level of cultivation do you think you'll reach within two months with your master's teaching?"

"Master told me I would at least reach the the peak of ninth human realm, maybe even reach the first earth realm."

Hearing her words Uncle Feng Dai once again showed a surprised look that changed to a look of doubt.

"Yue'er you sure your master is right about that?"

"Yes, Uncle. She, my master, gave me a cultivation method that is most suitable for me. Uncle must know that you can cultivate up to ten times faster if you have the most suitable cultivation method. I was able to reach the 6th human realm before my brother broke my meridians. Now after my master gave me the medicine not only were my meridians healed but my potential improved a little as well. I may be only 2nd human realm but with the help if the medicine and cultivation technique I'll be able to improve quickly."

Yue'er explained this to Uncle Feng Dai slowly.

Ying Yue in her past life was an expert in both medicine and martial art after all. She knew about most medicine recipes and martial art techniques. It was easy for her to pick the needed herbs and the most suitable cultivation technique for herself. This master of hers was only someone she made up in order for her past life memories to not be noticed. She intends to keep it a secret. Not even the closest to her will know.

Even though her cultivation potential had improved with the medicine she had made in the cave on top of healing her meridians it was nothing compared to the original recipe. Since it was impossible for her to find the correct herbs she had to use the ones she still managed found with similar properties but lower quality. The medicine became lower quality too as a consequence. If she had been able to make the original recipe then her potential would have improved even more. Even though Ying Yue new of that fact she decided that it would be better to heal her meridians sooner then to wait until she had gathered the correct ingredients. She have recipes that can improve her potential more anyway. What mattered first was to improve her cultivation even though having less potential meant it would be slower.

Ying Yue is planning to speed up her cultivation by asking Uncle Feng Dai to buy monster cores and ingredients for potential raising medicines. She also need a medicine pot to make pills, but as the potential raisin medicine is liquid she doesn't need that at the moment and choose to leave that to another date.

When it come to monster cores the higher a cultivators potential is the more of the core's energy can the cultivator absorb. With Ying Yue's current potential she can absorb 80% which is considered pretty good as the average can absorb about 65% of the cores energy. The lower your potential, the higher grade core you need in order to absorb as much energy as one with higher potential using one core. But of course higher grade cores cost more money so most still use the lower grade cores even if they have low potential. When it comes to improving your potential only masters above the heavenly realm and their disciples know about it and even if they knew about it existing it doesn't mean that they could use it. The recipes for the medicines that improves a cultivators potential is hidden. The only way to actually get potential raising medicine for most cultivators is by buying it in the auction house and even there they rarely appeared. The masters who knows at least one potential raising medicine usually use it for themselves and their disciples ending up only selling a few.
