When life as we know it was eradicated by wars and disease, a man saved many lives by giving them a second chance in a haven, away from misery and pain. Empyrean was the only place that survived the fatal end of the human race for superiority. For generations, the community of survivors was satisfied in their little heaven, but not Beneatha. Driven by her curiosity, Beneatha succeeded in exploring the world behind the walls of Empyrean. Little did she know that everything would change forever, the minute she set foot in the Wasteland. She fell captive in the hands of creatures that have survived the apocalypse, resulting in a never-ending trip of hallucinations that would change everything she once knew about her beloved home. In the mess of her battles, Goliard revealed the truth behind pursuing the dream of survival for his people. With all the attempts Goliard did to turn Beneatha against the only nature she grew up to, doubt and suspension conquer her soul in an ongoing fight over the limits of human nature.
