With a bright light, a normal sized man, cover in black tight clothes, appeared infront of him. A black mask covered his facial features. Together with black hair, he almost resembled a shadow. His deep red eyes added to his ferociousness.

Said the man while kneeling on one leg.

It can kill any being 2 level above it in less than a minute. But as the level increase time taken by poison to take effect increase as well. It's size range between 9 to 12 inches. Even though it can harden its body, it's defense is weak.

With a bright light a little snake the size of a palm appeared before him. It's scale were blackish-golden, giving it look beautiful. If it didn't move people will think of it as a luxurious item.
'It's speed was even faster than Arius!!', Daren observed when the snake dashed towards him.
The snake reached his palm, then it bit its tail and blood started flowing from it. Then it moved in weird way leaving a trail of blood behind it. After it was done, Daren noticed that the blood trail left by the snake, formed a circular diagram on his palm.
Then, the little snake coiled itself inside that diagram. It then bared its fangs in the center of the diagram tearing a part of Daren's flesh.
Daren watched curiously at first. But when the little snake bit him he was startled and even panicked. He was fearful of the poison. But he soon calmed down as a voice entered his mind.
'It's forming a blood contract. Those are very intelligent creatures and are hardly trainable. Consider yourself lucky to have it as your companion.'
It was Cahya's voice. It came to him as a relief. He could now feel a connection with the little snake.
The snake then entered inside his body through the blood. A blackish golden tattoo similar to the snake he just make a contract with, appeared around his wrist. But the tattoo was lifelike. It moves when the snake moves inside his body.
At the same time a translucent figure of the same snake appeared on the walls of his mental sphere.
He tried to control the little snakes action through that translucent image in his mental sphere. He willed the snake to come out and perform certain tasks.
After a while, he concluded, that the figure inside his mental sphere is the link between him and the snake. He can communicate with it though actions as well as through this runic image.
Cahya's voice rang into his head as he was busy observing the snake.
'There is a legend regarding them. They are considered to be lazy and easy going creatures. They never attack unnecessarily. Once a nation hunted them excessively for their skin and medical value. This made the king of these vipers very angry. He gathered all members of his species. And then these easy going vipers revolted. Not only beings of the nation, but any being not of their species was eliminated. Many God's died in that battle. It is said that a Supreme God, one of the strongest God at that time, personally had to intervene. But even he was scared of going near them. Thus he destroyed the whole planet, turning it into nothingness. '
"Fascinating!! Is it true?" Daren asked curiously
' It happened centuries ago. Records of the incident aren't clear. So can't say with certainty. ' replied Cahya.
' Such a cute creature can be this dangerous, he never imagined. Even Cahya, who is always spirited, was serious when it talked about it.'
Daren was happy to have such creature as a friend instead of a foe.
