2 Chapter 2

~Emberly~

I finally gain my consciousness back. I realized I'm no longer in the forest, I'm in a hospital. And that's when the most amazing smell flows into the room. It smells like honey and lemons.

Mate

I hear Alice say in my head. I turn to look at the door and standing there was the most handsome man I have ever laid my eyes on.

He has perfect blond hair and the most beautiful blue eyes. He is at least 6' tall and I can see his muscles bulging through his white button up shirt.

"You're finally awake."

His voice is deep and smooth.

"How are you feeling?" He asked as he scanned his eyes over every inch of me.

"I have a slight headache, but I'm fine." I hit my head pretty hard on the rock, but who was that wolf from earlier?

"What's your name, sweetheart?" He asked looking at me curiously.

"Emberly, but you can call me Ember or Em. What's your name?"

"Logan"

Logan.

"Come on Baby let's get you home." He smirked.

���Home?" I don't have a home, not anymore. I was thrown out of the only home I ever knew.

"Yes, home. You are my mate so therefore my home is your home." He stared at me curiously.

"Come on let's get you out of here."

He walks me out of the hospital to the parking garage. He stops and opens the door to a silver Lotus Evija. Of course, he owns one of the most expensive sports cars out there.

"Well I'm glad you like my car." He said with a small chuckle. God his smile was perfect. I got in the car and well it didn't disappoint. On the inside it looked like a sporty luxury car. We pull out of the parking garage and I stare out the window. After about 30 minutes of driving we finally pull up to this huge mansion. It had a huge garage, there were easily 50 cars in it.

When we walk inside, we are greeted by 4 people.

"Alpha Logan, who is this?" A tall man said.

"This is my mate, Emberly" Logan said while wrapping his arm around my waist.

"You can call me Ember." I said quietly.

"Welcome to the pack, Luna Ember. I'm Collin, Logan's Beta. And this is my mate and Logan's sister, Quinn" The girl standing next to him smiled shyly.

"And I'm Logan's Gamma, Kyle." The guy standing off to the side said. The girl who was beside him walked up and grabbed me by the arm. "I'm Liliana but call me Lilly. I'm Kyle's mate. Come on let me show you around. Well if it's ok with Alpha." She glanced at Logan for permission. He smiled and gave her a short nod. "Get her settled." He gave us one last glance and patted my head as he walked past and went up the stairs.

"Okay, Emberly ready for your tour of the pack house?" Lilly turned towards me with a huge smile on her face. I smiled back and gave her a quick nod as she took my hand and began to show me around.
