I leaned in closer, placing my lips against his stone ones. It wasn't until I laid my head against his chest did I feel his cold stone arms went around me, a deep rumble of a chuckle coming deep from within his chest.
" It isn't the normal way that man looks at me..." I looked up, with tear filled eyes, seeing his stone face fixed with a perplexed expression.
" I know that you said that it wasn't possible for us to be together, but I can't help that I love you, being away from you is way too much to bear. I want to touch you.... " I said running my hands up and down his bulky stone arms, holding back a sob that was threatening to come out of me.
He touched my cheek with a stone finger, his expression now consumed with worry. " And I love you... Just don't do anything rash Akasha, please for my sake. I'd hate to see you as one of the souls that I have to help pass through the hall of Judgement." He let me go and gracefully steps back into his mold into the wall, going still.....
