Zha-Kris and Jacquim were indeed furious about that incident, they showed how disgusted they were because for the second time around, they were defeated, almost killed. When they were sailing back to the Vlanteorr kingdom, they were totally doomed and had no idea how to face the king after this failure. Zha-Kris was blaming himself but Jacquim was blaming them.
